que reunir\u00e1 a representantes de pa\u00edses como Cuba, Argentina, Colombia, Brasil, Estados Unidos, Per\u00fa y El Salvador, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El encuentro se realizar\u00e1 en el Centro de Convenciones Siglo XXI y forma parte de la Expo Fiesta Gastron\u00f3mica, que busca dignificar y visibilizar la cocina tradicional de Latinoam\u00e9rica y de Yucat\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-126090 size-full\" title=\"Yucat\u00e1n reunir\u00e1 a Maestros Chef de Cocina Ancestral\" Sol\u00eds Moreno, una de las organizadoras del evento, precis\u00f3 que este contempla una muestra gastron\u00f3mica, clases magistrales, conferencias y actividades en tarimas dedicadas al p\u00fablico general, donde se abordar\u00e1n temas relacionados con el manejo de alimentos, reposter\u00eda, cocina cubana y diversas especialidades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Participar\u00e1n 25 chefs y cinco cocineras tradicionales provenientes de Puebla, Oaxaca, Chiapas y Tabasco.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las actividades oficiales se llevar\u00e1n a cabo los d\u00edas 28 y 29 de noviembre, aunque desde el d\u00eda previo se realizar\u00e1 una bienvenida en el Monumento a la Bandera con cena y fotograf\u00eda oficial de los participantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El programa iniciar\u00e1 con la inauguraci\u00f3n a las 9 de la ma\u00f1ana, seguida de la apertura de la expo y el inicio de las ponencias y demostraciones culinarias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el congreso tendr\u00e1 lugar la firma de un acuerdo entre la Confederaci\u00f3n Culinaria de Cuba y la Escuela Gastron\u00f3mica de Calakmul para promover el intercambio acad\u00e9mico de estudiantes y fortalecer la difusi\u00f3n de la gastronom\u00eda tradicional m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-126089\" ballet folcl\u00f3rico, serenatas y la participaci\u00f3n del cantautor Alejandro Palma.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Tour de los maestros chef\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al concluir las actividades en el centro de convenciones se realizar\u00e1 un tour vivencial por Yucat\u00e1n para que los chefs invitados conozcan la gastronom\u00eda local desde su origen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El recorrido incluye Progreso, Yaxch\u00e9, Halach\u00f3, la Universidad Tecnol\u00f3gica de Maxcan\u00fa y finalmente Chich\u00e9n Itz\u00e1, donde se presentar\u00e1 una muestra m\u00e1s de la riqueza cultural y culinaria del estado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
