{"id":126581,"date":"2025-12-18T13:37:52","date_gmt":"2025-12-18T19:37:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=126581"},"modified":"2025-12-18T13:37:52","modified_gmt":"2025-12-18T19:37:52","slug":"profugo-de-la-justicia-de-chihuahua-es-detenido-en-yucatan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/profugo-de-la-justicia-de-chihuahua-es-detenido-en-yucatan\/","title":{"rendered":"Pr\u00f3fugo de la justicia de Chihuahua es detenido en Yucat\u00e1n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como resultado del trabajo coordinado entre autoridades de Yucat\u00e1n y Chihuahua, con apoyo de fuerzas federales, se detuvo en la entidad a un sujeto pr\u00f3fugo de la justicia por delitos contra la salud en su modalidad de narcomenudeo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Agentes de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica (SSP), en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) y mediante colaboraci\u00f3n con su hom\u00f3loga de Chihuahua, localizaron y detuvieron a Eduardo \u201cN\u201d, originario de Ciudad Ju\u00e1rez, Chihuahua.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-126582\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-12-18-at-12.52.45-PM-scaled.avif\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"448\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La detenci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 en cumplimiento de una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n relacionada con hechos ocurridos en enero de 2020 en Ciudad Ju\u00e1rez, donde el individuo qued\u00f3 detenido en posesi\u00f3n de sustancias il\u00edcitas durante una intervenci\u00f3n policial y posteriormente se sustrajo de la acci\u00f3n de la justicia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tras labores de investigaci\u00f3n y el intercambio de informaci\u00f3n entre las autoridades de ambas entidades, se logr\u00f3 ubicarlo y ejecutar la orden judicial correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Completadas las diligencias de ley, el detenido qued\u00f3 a disposici\u00f3n del Juez de Control que libr\u00f3 la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n para la continuaci\u00f3n del proceso penal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las autoridades reiteran el exhorto a la ciudadan\u00eda a reportar cualquier actividad sospechosa o relacionada con delitos contra la salud al n\u00famero de emergencias 9-1-1 o de manera an\u00f3nima al 089.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eduardo \u201cN\u201d, originario de Ciudad Ju\u00e1rez estaba pr\u00f3fugo desde enero de 2020 y fue localizado en Yucat\u00e1n.
