{"id":126846,"date":"2026-01-05T13:42:10","date_gmt":"2026-01-05T19:42:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=126846"},"modified":"2026-01-05T13:42:10","modified_gmt":"2026-01-05T19:42:10","slug":"detienen-a-sujeto-desvalijando-cuatrimoto-robada-en-uman","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/detienen-a-sujeto-desvalijando-cuatrimoto-robada-en-uman\/","title":{"rendered":"Detienen a sujeto desvalijando cuatrimoto robada en Um\u00e1n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"196\" data-end=\"470\">Elementos de la Polic\u00eda Municipal de Um\u00e1n detuvieron a un sujeto de 26 a\u00f1os de edad que fue sorprendido desvalijando una cuatrimoto presuntamente robada en una zona de monte perteneciente a la comisar\u00eda de Hunxectam\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"472\" data-end=\"796\">De acuerdo con el reporte oficial, los hechos se registraron durante un recorrido de vigilancia preventiva sobre la carretera Um\u00e1n-Hunxectam\u00e1n. Fue en ese trayecto donde los oficiales detectaron movimientos inusuales al interior de una brecha, lo que despert\u00f3 sus sospechas y los llev\u00f3 a realizar una inspecci\u00f3n en el lugar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"798\" data-end=\"1139\">Al internarse en la zona de maleza, los elementos policiacos encontraron a un hombre manipulando una cuatrimoto, a la cual ya le hab\u00eda retirado diversas piezas. Al ser cuestionado sobre la procedencia del veh\u00edculo, el sujeto mostr\u00f3 una actitud agresiva y, en un intento por evadir a la autoridad, emprendi\u00f3 la huida corriendo entre el monte.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"798\" data-end=\"1139\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-126847\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Cuatrimoto-scaled.avif\" alt=\"Detienen a sujeto desvalijando cuatrimoto robada en Um\u00e1n\" width=\"549\" height=\"732\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Cuatrimoto-scaled.avif 576w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Cuatrimoto-768x1024.avif 768w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Cuatrimoto-1152x1536.avif 1152w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 549px) 100vw, 549px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1141\" data-end=\"1427\">La persecuci\u00f3n se extendi\u00f3 por varios metros, hasta que finalmente los uniformados lograron darle alcance y someterlo. El detenido fue identificado como Joel A. C. M., de 26 a\u00f1os de edad, quien no pudo acreditar la leg\u00edtima propiedad de la unidad ni justificar su presencia en el sitio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1429\" data-end=\"1697\">Tras su aseguramiento, el individuo fue trasladado a la comandancia municipal para la elaboraci\u00f3n del informe correspondiente y, posteriormente, puesto a disposici\u00f3n de un Juez de Control, quien ser\u00e1 el encargado de determinar su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica conforme a derecho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1699\" data-end=\"2024\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">La cuatrimoto qued\u00f3 asegurada como parte de las investigaciones, a fin de localizar a su propietario y esclarecer si est\u00e1 relacionada con otros hechos delictivos ocurridos en la zona.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1699\" data-end=\"2024\" data-is-last-node=\"\"
