{"id":126860,"date":"2026-01-06T19:14:11","date_gmt":"2026-01-07T01:14:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=126860"},"modified":"2026-01-06T19:14:11","modified_gmt":"2026-01-07T01:14:11","slug":"clausuran-predio-en-el-que-almacenaban-abono-en-kinchil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/clausuran-predio-en-el-que-almacenaban-abono-en-kinchil\/","title":{"rendered":"Clausuran predio en el que almacenaban abono en Kinchil"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Procuradur\u00eda Federal de Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente (Profepa) clausur\u00f3 un predio ubicado en el municipio de Kinchil debido a la remoci\u00f3n ilegal de vegetaci\u00f3n forestal en una superficie de 56,814 m\u00b2, para destinarla al manejo y almacenamiento de gallinaza (abono), as\u00ed como a otras actividades no permitidas en suelo forestal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante una visita de inspecci\u00f3n en materia forestal, realizada el pasado 21 de diciembre, personal de la Profepa constat\u00f3 la apertura de caminos de acceso, la remoci\u00f3n de vegetaci\u00f3n natural y el uso del predio para la descarga de excremento de pollo, conocido como gallinaza, sobre suelo natural. Estas acciones representan un cambio de uso de suelo en terrenos forestales sin contar con la autorizaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-126861\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/post_Claus_de_predio_Kinchil_Yuc_06.avif\" alt=\"\" width=\"694\" height=\"406\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el sitio se identificaron diversas \u00e1reas afectadas, entre ellas superficies destinadas a caminos de acceso para el tr\u00e1nsito de veh\u00edculos de carga, zonas para actividades agr\u00edcolas y un \u00e1rea de mayor extensi\u00f3n utilizada para la disposici\u00f3n directa de gallinaza, lo que en conjunto ocasion\u00f3 la afectaci\u00f3n de 56,814 m2 de vegetaci\u00f3n natural.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al momento de la inspecci\u00f3n no se localiz\u00f3 a persona responsable de las actividades observadas, por lo que, como medida de seguridad, la Profepa determin\u00f3 la clausura temporal total del predio y coloc\u00f3 los sellos oficiales correspondientes. Asimismo, se realiz\u00f3 el aseguramiento precautorio de un remolque tipo g\u00f3ndola met\u00e1lico, utilizado presuntamente para el transporte del material org\u00e1nico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Profepa continuar\u00e1 con el procedimiento administrativo correspondiente y reitera su compromiso de proteger los ecosistemas forestales, vigilar el cumplimiento de la legislaci\u00f3n ambiental y actuar contra actividades que ocasionen da\u00f1os al medio ambiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La
