capacitaron durante dos d\u00edas con el curso Sistema de Comando de Incidentes (CSI), el cual fortalece las habilidades de liderazgo y toma de decisiones para casos de emergencias comunes, mayores y desastres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acompa\u00f1ada por el responsable nacional del Programa de Preparaci\u00f3n y Respuesta a Desastres de la Cruz Roja, Javier Lara Moreno, la Delegada Estatal, Michelle Byrne de Rodr\u00edguez felicit\u00f3 a los 35 voluntarios por su inter\u00e9s en contribuir a mejorar los procesos de auxilio a la poblaci\u00f3n cuando se requieren.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-127146\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/Cruz-Roja1-scaled.avif\" alt=\"Capacitan a voluntarios de la Cruz Roja Yucat\u00e1n\" width=\"598\" height=\"361\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Byrne de Rodr\u00edguez explic\u00f3 que la coordinaci\u00f3n interinstitucional con las diferentes dependencias federales, estatales y municipales que intervienen en situaciones cr\u00edticas, son vitales para una pronta atenci\u00f3n a las personas y sus comunidades.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los param\u00e9dicos de las delegaciones de M\u00e9rida, Progreso, Valladolid, Ticul, Autopista, as\u00ed como instructores y juventinos aprendieron como se organiza, activa y opera el Puesto de Comando para una respuesta eficiente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el aula magna del Centro de Capacitaci\u00f3n, el personal aplic\u00f3 un caso simulado en
