La situaci\u00f3n sali\u00f3 a la luz luego de que en redes sociales circularan im\u00e1genes donde se observa a varios felinos y un perro atados con sogas cortas, expuestos a la intemperie y sin condiciones adecuadas de resguardo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"679\" data-end=\"1071\">De acuerdo con los testimonios, los animales permanecen sujetos con cuerdas que apenas les permiten moverse, lo que limita su acceso a agua, alimento y sombra. Vecinos se\u00f1alaron que los ejemplares pasan largas horas bajo el sol y tambi\u00e9n soportan las bajas temperaturas nocturnas, condiciones que podr\u00edan configurar un delito de maltrato animal conforme a la legislaci\u00f3n vigente en el estado.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"679\" data-end=\"1071\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-127427\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Maltrato-animal-scaled.avif\" alt=\"Maltrato animal en Opich\u00e9n: gatos y perros encadenados\n\" width=\"550\" height=\"550\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1073\" data-end=\"1316\">Los colonos afirmaron que ya solicitaron la intervenci\u00f3n de las autoridades municipales y de instancias de Protecci\u00f3n Animal; sin embargo, hasta el momento \u2014seg\u00fan indican\u2014 no se ha realizado ninguna diligencia visible en el domicilio se\u00f1alado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1318\" data-end=\"1594\">La preocupaci\u00f3n crece entre los residentes, quienes temen por la integridad de los animales y por la falta de respuesta oficial. Ante ello, exigieron que la <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado<\/span><\/span>
