{"id":127489,"date":"2026-02-19T18:53:36","date_gmt":"2026-02-20T00:53:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=127489"},"modified":"2026-02-19T18:53:36","modified_gmt":"2026-02-20T00:53:36","slug":"merida-mantiene-12-de-descuento-en-predial-durante-febrero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/merida-mantiene-12-de-descuento-en-predial-durante-febrero\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e9rida mantiene 12% de descuento en predial durante febrero"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1425\">El Ayuntamiento de M\u00e9rida mantendr\u00e1 el 12% de descuento en el pago del impuesto predial hasta el 28 de febrero, inform\u00f3 la presidenta municipal Cecilia Patr\u00f3n Laviada, quien convoc\u00f3 a las familias meridanas a aprovechar el est\u00edmulo y contribuir a la mejora de los servicios p\u00fablicos y a la realizaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s obras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1427\" data-end=\"1667\">\u201cTengan por seguro que cada peso que nos han confiado las y los meridanos, que viene del predial, se invierte en lo que m\u00e1s requieren\u2026 tu pago se traduce en m\u00e1s luminarias y menos baches\u201d, afirm\u00f3 la alcaldesa al insistir en la corresponsabilidad ciudadana.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2073\" data-end=\"2158\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-127490 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/PREDIAL-MERIDA-1-scaled.avif\" alt=\"PREDIAL M\u00c9RIDA\" width=\"620\" height=\"413\" \/><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1669\" data-end=\"2071\">Patr\u00f3n Laviada report\u00f3 que, al corte del 18 de febrero, el Ayuntamiento recaud\u00f3 772 millones 770 mil 379.90 pesosmediante 296 mil 234 operaciones. La administraci\u00f3n municipal tambi\u00e9n registr\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 5 mil donaciones a favor de la Reserva Cuxtal, con aportaciones que la ciudadan\u00eda puede realizar desde 20 pesos, para apoyar el cuidado y protecci\u00f3n de esta zona.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2073\" data-end=\"2158\"><strong>Ayuntamiento vincula la recaudaci\u00f3n con obras\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2160\" data-end=\"2569\">El Ayuntamiento atribuy\u00f3 parte del impacto del predial a acciones como la instalaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 43 mil luminarias LED en colonias, fraccionamientos y comisar\u00edas. La administraci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n atendi\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 390 mil baches derivados de casi 39 mil reportes y construy\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 127 kil\u00f3metros de calles que el municipio prioriz\u00f3 por antig\u00fcedad, historial de reportes y alta movilidad.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2073\" data-end=\"2158\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-127491 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/PREDIAL-MERIDA-2-scaled.avif\" alt=\"PREDIAL M\u00c9RIDA\" width=\"648\" height=\"432\" \/><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2571\" data-end=\"2996\">Para contener da\u00f1os mayores, brigadas municipales realizan bacheo emergente con asfalto en fr\u00edo, principalmente en afectaciones menores a un metro de di\u00e1metro, con el objetivo de evitar que los baches crezcan y deterioren m\u00e1s el pavimento. En materia de infraestructura urbana, el Ayuntamiento sum\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 10 mil acciones de drenaje y alcantarillado, como desazolves y construcci\u00f3n de pozos y aljibes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2998\" data-end=\"3418\">La administraci\u00f3n municipal inform\u00f3 que el uso de recursos propios tambi\u00e9n permiti\u00f3 mejorar 28 sistemas de agua potable en 21 comisar\u00edas: el Ayuntamiento concluy\u00f3 17 y mantiene 11 en proceso.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2073\" data-end=\"2158\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-127492 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/PREDIAL-MERIDA-3-scaled.avif\" alt=\"PREDIAL M\u00c9RIDA\" width=\"611\" height=\"344\" \/><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2998\" data-end=\"3418\">Patr\u00f3n Laviada se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las comisar\u00edas, especialmente las del sur, encabezan la agenda municipal, y afirm\u00f3 que estas obras mejoran la vida diaria con m\u00e1s luz, mejores vialidades y servicios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"3420\" data-end=\"3681\">El Ayuntamiento precis\u00f3 que el descuento bajar\u00e1 a 8% del 1 al 31 de marzo. La ciudadan\u00eda puede pagar en l\u00ednea o en alguno de los 25 puntos habilitados en la ciudad, como ventanillas \u00fanicas, oficinas municipales, tiendas y plazas comerciales.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2073\" data-end=\"2158\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-127493 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/PREDIAL-MERIDA-4-scaled.avif\" alt=\"PREDIAL M\u00c9RIDA\" width=\"644\" height=\"429\" \/><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"3683\" data-end=\"4189\">Adem\u00e1s, el municipio mantiene descuentos para jubilados, pensionados, personas adultas mayores y personas con discapacidad, as\u00ed como para propietarios con paneles solares o azoteas verdes, y para micro, peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas que contraten a grupos vulnerables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"3683\" data-end=\"4189\">Con el programa de est\u00edmulo \u201cAl d\u00eda con tu bald\u00edo\u201d, el Ayuntamiento condona parcialmente multas administrativas y actualizaciones vinculadas a infracciones al reglamento de limpieza y conservaci\u00f3n de inmuebles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"4191\" data-end=\"4431\">Finalmente, el Ayuntamiento reiter\u00f3 que escucha y atiende las necesidades ciudadanas con responsabilidad compartida y que destina los recursos municipales a acciones que mejoran la calidad de vida de las y los
