la informalidad en la industria de alimentos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bajo la l\u00f3gica de que la venta de comida deja buenos ingresos, se ha disparado el n\u00famero de establecimientos de alimentos que operan bajo la informalidad en Yucat\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La presidenta local de la C\u00e1mara Nacional de la Industria Restaurantera y Alimentos Condimentados (CANIRAC), Claudia Gonz\u00e1lez G\u00f3ngora, estima que cerca del 60 por ciento de los establecimientos del sector est\u00e1n en esa situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-117398 size-full\" title=\"Crece la informalidad en la industria de alimentos\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/CANIRAC_-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Crece la informalidad en la industria de alimentos\" width=\"768\" height=\"512\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cCombatir el ambulantaje en la industria de alimentos es un gran reto para las autoridades y hay que frenar esa actividad\u201d, expuso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La empresaria se pronunci\u00f3 a favor de generar estrategias que motiven a personas emprendedoras que incursionan en el negocio restaurantero a incorporarse a la formalidad por las ventajas que representa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEl ambulantaje en la industria de alimentos precariza el empleo porque no les dan condiciones de seguridad social a quienes emplean\u201d, lament\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gonz\u00e1lez G\u00f3ngora dijo que en la entidad 8 de cada 10 restablecimientos gastron\u00f3micos son micro, peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas que resultan afectadas por el ambulantaje ya que mientras pagan impuestos y capacitan a su personal, los negocios informales evaden el fisco.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cHablamos de cafeter\u00edas, taquer\u00edas, cocinas econ\u00f3micas han dado el paso de pasar al sistema formal y eso se debe multiplicar\u201d, insisti\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por ello, se hizo un llamado a las autoridades locales a intensificar los operativos contra los negocios informales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
