{"id":127636,"date":"2026-03-01T17:30:26","date_gmt":"2026-03-01T23:30:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=127636"},"modified":"2026-03-01T17:30:26","modified_gmt":"2026-03-01T23:30:26","slug":"rinde-protesta-nuevo-comite-del-sindicato-progresista","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/rinde-protesta-nuevo-comite-del-sindicato-progresista\/","title":{"rendered":"Rinde protesta nuevo Comit\u00e9 del Sindicato Progresista"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con un llamado a redoblar esfuerzos en la lucha por la defensa de los derechos laborales, el nuevo Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo del Sindicato Progresista de las Trabajadoras y los Trabajadores del Poder Judicial rindi\u00f3 protesta para el periodo 2025-2029, directiva encabezada por la secretaria General Luisa In\u00e9s Mart\u00edn Puc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ante autoridades de los diferentes \u00f3rdenes de gobierno y aliados de este movimiento sindical, la lideresa sostuvo que los servidores p\u00fablicos judiciales trabajan con humanismo, profesionalismo, de frente a la ciudadan\u00eda, con transparencia y honestidad.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-127637\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/luisa-martin-sindicato-progresista-scaled.avif\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"455\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/luisa-martin-sindicato-progresista-scaled.avif 768w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/luisa-martin-sindicato-progresista-1536x910.avif 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cTenemos la firme convicci\u00f3n y responsabilidad de regresarle la confianza a la gente, que sepan que la justicia s\u00ed se aplica y que estamos para ayudarles\u201d, sostuvo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante su mensaje, Luisa Mart\u00edn record\u00f3 c\u00f3mo fue el proceso de conformaci\u00f3n del Sindicato Progresista hace casi cinco a\u00f1os, los objetivos alcanzados durante este tiempo, as\u00ed como las luchas sociales y legales que emprendieron para enfrentar los fuertes embates que amenazaron la estabilidad laboral de sus agremiados, como la Reforma Judicial del 2022 y la Ley del Isstey que impuso la anterior administraci\u00f3n estatal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cTuvimos que defender nuestra casa y a nuestra gente. No \u00edbamos a permitir que intereses mezquinos aplastaran al sistema judicial de Yucat\u00e1n. A diferencia de otros representantes sindicales, no nos quedamos callados.\u201d, recalc\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Sindicato Progresista va por la mayor\u00eda\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n anunci\u00f3 que en breve arrancar\u00e1 la etapa legal de conseguir ser el sindicato titular mayoritario del Poder Judicial, dejando claro que las y los servidores p\u00fablicos necesitan Condiciones Generales de Trabajo m\u00e1s justas e impedir retrocesos en sus conquistas laborales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cPorque primero est\u00e1n los derechos de los trabajadores, no los intereses personales de nadie, ni las aspiraciones ego\u00edstas de quienes llevan a\u00f1os defraudando a la base trabajadora\u201d, recalc\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el acto, el subsecretario de Gobierno y Desarrollo Pol\u00edtico, Pablo Castro Alcocer, en representaci\u00f3n del gobernador Joaqu\u00edn D\u00edaz Mena, se encarg\u00f3 de rendirle protesta al nuevo Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo, destacando el compromiso de los trabajadores progresistas en hacer realidad la transformaci\u00f3n del Poder Judicial con una visi\u00f3n humanista y cercana al pueblo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el magistrado Hern\u00e1n Vega Burgos, precis\u00f3 que la justicia no s\u00f3lo se construye con las resoluciones y sentencias de los juzgadores, sino de la mano de la labor silenciosa de la base trabajadora que todos los d\u00edas ponen de su parte para que \u00e9sta sea pronta y oportuna.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De igual manera, la diputada Clara Rosales Montiel, en representaci\u00f3n del Congreso del Estado, aprovech\u00f3 su mensaje para resaltar la valent\u00eda de las y los trabajadores progresistas en momentos dif\u00edciles que pusieron en riesgo al Poder Judicial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rindieron protesta F\u00e1tima Beatriz Cerda V\u00e1rguez, secretaria de Finanzas; Landy Hern\u00e1ndez Villamil, secretaria de Organizaci\u00f3n; Deshila Vald\u00e9s Baeza, secretaria de Actas; Marco
