Distintos reportes period\u00edsticos han se\u00f1alado que la iniciativa presidencial plantea cambios al esquema de resultados preliminares y busca modificar la forma en que se realiza el conteo oficial.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1412\" data-end=\"1495\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>PRI cuestiona \u201cahorro\u201d, horas extra de operaci\u00f3n y representaci\u00f3n en el Congreso<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1497\" data-end=\"1919\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Quintal Parra rechaz\u00f3 el argumento de \u201cahorro\u201d con el que el oficialismo defiende la reforma y sostuvo que el recorte al sistema electoral costar\u00eda m\u00e1s en certeza institucional. En su posicionamiento, el diputado advirti\u00f3 que Morena pretende desmantelar el Servicio Profesional Electoral para sustituirlo por personal temporal, lo que \u2014dijo\u2014 pondr\u00eda en riesgo la integridad del proceso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1921\" data-end=\"2417\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El priista tambi\u00e9n critic\u00f3 el redise\u00f1o de la representaci\u00f3n legislativa. En semanas recientes, an\u00e1lisis y reportes sobre la propuesta presidencial han descrito ajustes a la figura de representaci\u00f3n proporcional y cambios a la integraci\u00f3n del Congreso, junto con un objetivo de reducir costos del sistema electoral.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1921\" data-end=\"2417\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Quintal Parra afirm\u00f3 que, si Morena elimina diputaciones plurinominales, entonces buscar\u00e1 un Congreso con menor pluralidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2419\" data-end=\"2716\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El dirigente del PRI en Yucat\u00e1n a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que la iniciativa carece de consenso y subray\u00f3 que algunos aliados del oficialismo, como PVEM y PT, han expresado
