la ma\u00f1ana, \u201clograron sentar\u201d al Gobierno del Estado para negociar mejores condiciones laborales, luego de varias horas de protesta en el edificio central de la dependencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde las 8:00 horas, cerca de 100 empleados, en su mayor\u00eda del programa de vectores e integrantes de la Secci\u00f3n 68 del Sindicato Nacional de Trabajadores de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud (SNTSA), se concentraron en la calle 72 por 55 y 53, en el barrio de Santiago, para exigir incremento salarial, mejores vi\u00e1ticos y condiciones adecuadas para el desempe\u00f1o de sus funciones.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-127913\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/SALUD-2-scaled.avif\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"512\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 piden las y los trabajadores?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre sus principales demandas, plantearon la homologaci\u00f3n del r\u00e9gimen de seguridad social para acceder a prestaciones mediante su incorporaci\u00f3n al ISSSTE, la mejora en salarios \u2014que, seg\u00fan denunciaron, se encuentran por debajo de los 4,000 pesos quincenales\u2014, el pago de prestaciones como el concepto 30, as\u00ed como la dotaci\u00f3n suficiente de insumos, herramientas y combustible para brigadas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n solicitaron la asignaci\u00f3n de plazas vacantes en el \u00e1rea de vectores y el fortalecimiento del parque vehicular.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-127914\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/SALUD-1-scaled.avif\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"431\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tras la presi\u00f3n de la movilizaci\u00f3n, autoridades estatales encabezadas por el nuevo secretario de Salud, Miguel Alcocer Gamboa, sostuvieron un di\u00e1logo con representantes sindicales, la dirigencia nacional del SNTSA y una comisi\u00f3n de la base trabajadora, en el que el Gobierno del Estado acept\u00f3 avanzar en la atenci\u00f3n de las peticiones mediante la instalaci\u00f3n de mesas de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como resultado, se acord\u00f3 atender de forma inmediata las demandas consideradas de alta viabilidad, entre ellas el suministro de insumos, la asignaci\u00f3n de plazas y el fortalecimiento operativo, mientras que temas como la homologaci\u00f3n salarial y el pago de prestaciones se revisar\u00e1 en el mediano plazo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ambas partes pactaron liberar el acceso al edificio de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud, lo que permiti\u00f3 la reanudaci\u00f3n de actividades, con
