{"id":127975,"date":"2026-03-20T19:32:30","date_gmt":"2026-03-21T01:32:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=127975"},"modified":"2026-03-20T19:32:30","modified_gmt":"2026-03-21T01:32:30","slug":"fallece-mujer-por-gusano-barrenador-en-yucatan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/fallece-mujer-por-gusano-barrenador-en-yucatan\/","title":{"rendered":"Fallece mujer por gusano barrenador en Yucat\u00e1n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Secretar\u00eda de Salud de Yucat\u00e1n (SSY) inform\u00f3 el fallecimiento de una paciente diagnosticada con miasis asociada a gusano barrenador, quien adem\u00e1s presentaba condiciones m\u00e9dicas preexistentes de alta complejidad que compromet\u00edan de manera significativa su estado de salud.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con la dependencia, desde el ingreso a la unidad m\u00e9dica el personal brind\u00f3 atenci\u00f3n especializada conforme a los protocolos cl\u00ednicos establecidos. Asimismo, la SSY activ\u00f3 de manera simult\u00e1nea los mecanismos de vigilancia epidemiol\u00f3gica para el an\u00e1lisis, notificaci\u00f3n y seguimiento puntual del caso.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-127976 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/gusano-barrenador-scaled.avif\" alt=\"gusano barrenador\" width=\"593\" height=\"403\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/gusano-barrenador-scaled.avif 768w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/gusano-barrenador-1536x1043.avif 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 593px) 100vw, 593px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La SSY precis\u00f3 que, aunque confirm\u00f3 la presencia de este padecimiento poco frecuente, el fallecimiento se relacion\u00f3 con las comorbilidades de la paciente, las cuales influyeron de forma determinante en su evoluci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica. En consecuencia, la autoridad sanitaria reiter\u00f3 que se trata de un caso aislado y que no representa riesgo para la poblaci\u00f3nen general.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, la dependencia reforz\u00f3 acciones de vigilancia epidemiol\u00f3gica y medidas de prevenci\u00f3n, detecci\u00f3n oportuna y atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, con \u00e9nfasis en grupos vulnerables. Por ello, exhort\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n a vigilar a sus animales de compa\u00f1\u00eda, en particular perros, y a reportar de inmediato cualquier sospecha de gusano barrenador.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para reportes o atenci\u00f3n, la ciudadan\u00eda puede comunicarse al servicio de Senasica al 800 751 2100 o v\u00eda WhatsApp al 55 3996 4462, canales para notificar posibles casos en animales para su atenci\u00f3n inmediata y gratuita.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Salud de Yucat\u00e1n inform\u00f3 que se trata de un caso aislado y sin riesgo para la poblaci\u00f3n;
