Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n a A.L.M.S. por el delito de feminicidio agravado, denunciado tras los hechos ocurridos en d\u00edas pasados en la localidad de Acanceh, donde perdi\u00f3 la vida una menor de identidad reservada, por lo que permanecer\u00e1 bajo prisi\u00f3n preventiva como medida cautelar.<\/span><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Durante la audiencia inicial celebrada ante la Juez de Control del Segundo Distrito con sede en Kanas\u00edn, esta representaci\u00f3n social imput\u00f3 el delito y argument\u00f3 los datos de prueba para solicitar la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, pero el encausado solicit\u00f3 que su situaci\u00f3n sea resuelta dentro del plazo constitucional, por lo que ser\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo 31 de marzo que se defina su condici\u00f3n legal.<\/span><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-128081 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Acanceh-scaled.avif\" alt=\"Acanceh\" width=\"641\" height=\"427\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">De los hechos, reunidos en la causa penal 45\/2026, se pudo establecer que mediante aviso telef\u00f3nico se inform\u00f3 el fallecimiento de una menor de edad, la cual previamente hab\u00eda sido hospitalizada por su madre y la causa de muerte fue debido a un trauma abdominal cerrado, tal como dictamin\u00f3 un perito especializado del Servicio M\u00e9dico Forense de la FGE.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">As\u00ed mismo, de acuerdo con la indagatoria realizada, el imputado, quien es pareja sentimental de la madre de la menor, presuntamente golpe\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima cuando se encontraba bajo su cuidado mientras su madre se encontraba en el trabajo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Por \u00faltimo, se expusieron los argumentos para sustentar la solicitud de la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa y justificada, la cual fue concedida por la Juez de Control por todo el tiempo que dure el
