En Celest\u00fan, habitantes y prestadores de servicios reportan el cierre de accesos playa por orden del alcalde Germ\u00e1n Cauich Pinto. La medida afecta calles que conectan con la zona costera.<\/p>\n
El ayuntamiento coloc\u00f3 polines y barreras en la calle 12 con cruces hacia las calles 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15 y 17.<\/p>\n

Elementos municipales y polic\u00edas resguardan los bloqueos. La acci\u00f3n limita el tr\u00e1nsito vehicular en el centro del puerto y complica el acceso a servicios.
