Asimismo, indic\u00f3 que la resoluci\u00f3n obliga al medio a publicar su derecho de r\u00e9plica en los mismos espacios donde se difundieron las notas, adem\u00e1s de imponer una sanci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica a su propietario por incumplir la legislaci\u00f3n en la materia.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"527\" data-end=\"876\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter r\u00e9plica, subrayando que este mecanismo legal permite resarcir el da\u00f1o a la reputaci\u00f3n en un plazo breve, conforme a lo establecido en la Constituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1177\" data-end=\"1409\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Finalmente, destac\u00f3 que la resoluci\u00f3n puede ser consultada en el portal del Poder Judicial de
