y sostenible con la construcci\u00f3n del primer Corredor Verde de la ciudad ubicado en Ciudad Caucel, un proyecto de infraestructura ambiental que conecta \u00e1reas verdes existentes y promueve la conservaci\u00f3n de la fauna silvestre dentro de la zona urbana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEste proyecto representa una intervenci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica para fortalecer el equilibrio ambiental\u201d, afirm\u00f3 la alcaldesa Cecilia Patr\u00f3n Laviada.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-128277 size-full\" title=\"Avanzan justify;\"><strong>\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 consiste el Corredor Verde?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al respecto, el corredor contempla una paleta vegetal cuidadosamente seleccionada, compuesta por 29 especies nativas que favorecen la resiliencia del ecosistema y la recuperaci\u00f3n del entorno natural, mediante la plantaci\u00f3n de 527 ejemplares.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La propuesta se organizar\u00e1 en tres principales tipolog\u00edas de jard\u00edn: el Jard\u00edn Solar con especies frutales como chooch, caimito y ciricote; el Jard\u00edn Rejollada con especies como yaax niik, balch\u00e9 y j\u00edcara; y el Jard\u00edn de selva baja caducifolia, con \u00e1rboles como jab\u00edn, chak\u00e1 y anacahuita.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-128278\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/CORREDOR-VERDE-1-scaled.avif\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" justify;\">Con una longitud de 1.36 kil\u00f3metros y una superficie de intervenci\u00f3n de 59 mil 046.55 metros cuadrados, el Corredor Verde de Ciudad Caucel representar\u00e1 una inversi\u00f3n total de 15 millones 248 mil 228.68 pesos, consolid\u00e1ndose como una obra de alto impacto ambiental y social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proyecto incorporar\u00e1 infraestructura pensada para el uso p\u00fablico, incluyendo un sendero central peatonal, \u00e1reas de convivencia, espacios sociales y un estanque con puente peatonal que enriquecer\u00e1 la experiencia de quienes lo visiten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, contar\u00e1 con sistemas modernos de iluminaci\u00f3n e instalaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica, as\u00ed como un sistema de riego automatizado que garantizar\u00e1 el mantenimiento adecuado de la vegetaci\u00f3n y la sostenibilidad del espacio.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-128279\" permite reducir la contaminaci\u00f3n lum\u00ednica y proteger el h\u00e1bitat de la fauna silvestre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La arborizaci\u00f3n del corredor est\u00e1 basada en la propuesta vegetal desarrollada por el Centro de Investigaci\u00f3n Cient\u00edfica de Yucat\u00e1n (CICY), asegurando una integraci\u00f3n adecuada con el ecosistema local.<\/p>\n<p
