El diagn\u00f3stico fue devastador: tumor renal canceroso extendido a los pulmones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El hospital p\u00fablico Elvia Carrillo Puerto, en M\u00e9rida, le recet\u00f3 Keytruda, el medicamento oncol\u00f3gico m\u00e1s vendido del mundo, producido por Merck &amp; Co. Pero en su cuarta dosis, Ch\u00e1vez sufri\u00f3 temblores, par\u00e1lisis y disparada de az\u00facar en sangre. Desconfiado, fotografi\u00f3 cada caja recibida y present\u00f3 quejas ante autoridades mexicanas y ante Merck. La empresa analiz\u00f3 las muestras y confirm\u00f3 lo peor: eran falsificaciones. La carta oficial se\u00f1alaba que los productos no eran fabricados ni distribuidos por MSD \u2014nombre comercial de Merck en M\u00e9xico\u2014.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-128334 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Keytruda.avif\" alt=\"\" width=\"599\" height=\"400\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dos a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, una alerta sanitaria nacional revel\u00f3 p\u00fablicamente los n\u00fameros de lote falsos.
