Los c\u00e1lculos renales<\/strong>\u00a0representan un problema prevenible con h\u00e1bitos adecuados y atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica. El Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la detecci\u00f3n oportuna reduce complicaciones como infecciones, dolor intenso y afectaciones en ri\u00f1ones o vejiga.<\/p>\n

Factores elevan riesgo de c\u00e1lculos renales<\/h2>\n

El ur\u00f3logo Juan Carlos Vargas Siorda explic\u00f3 que la baja ingesta de agua favorece la concentraci\u00f3n de la orina. Esto permite la acumulaci\u00f3n de minerales y sales que forman cristales.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n influyen dieta inadecuada, consumo de medicamentos y factores gen\u00e9ticos en el desarrollo del padecimiento.<\/p>\n

\u00abLos c\u00e1lculos se forman cuando la orina tiene poco contenido de agua y los minerales se agrupan en estructuras s\u00f3lidas\u00bb, dijo Juan Carlos Vargas Siorda, ur\u00f3logo del HGR No. uno.<\/p>\n

Tama\u00f1o de c\u00e1lculos define complicaciones en pacientes<\/h2>\n

Los c\u00e1lculos peque\u00f1os pueden eliminarse de forma natural a trav\u00e9s de la orina sin intervenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica. Sin embargo, los de mayor tama\u00f1o pueden obstruir el flujo urinario.<\/p>\n

Esta obstrucci\u00f3n provoca dolor intenso, infecciones y da\u00f1os en \u00f3rganos del sistema urinario.<\/p>\n

S\u00edntomas alertan sobre presencia de piedras en ri\u00f1ones<\/h2>\n

Entre las principales se\u00f1ales se encuentra dolor repentino en abdomen o espalda baja, que puede extenderse a la ingle. Tambi\u00e9n se reporta sangre en la orina, fiebre, n\u00e1useas y v\u00f3mito.<\/p>\n

El especialista indic\u00f3 que el padecimiento es m\u00e1s frecuente en hombres de entre 20 y 30 a\u00f1os con antecedentes familiares.<\/p>\n

Recomendaciones ayudan a prevenir c\u00e1lculos renales<\/h2>\n

El IMSS recomienda mantener una adecuada ingesta de l\u00edquidos y reducir el consumo de sal. Tambi\u00e9n sugiere moderar prote\u00ednas animales y evitar exceso de alimentos ricos en oxalatos.<\/p>\n

\u00abEl autocuidado y los chequeos permiten detectar a tiempo este problema y evitar complicaciones\u00bb, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Vargas Siorda.<\/p>\n

El Instituto indic\u00f3 que las Unidades de Medicina Familiar brindan valoraci\u00f3n, tratamiento y referencia a hospitales cuando se requiere atenci\u00f3n especializada.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
