La mancha hab\u00eda sido observada semanas antes, pero su crecimiento activ\u00f3 la intervenci\u00f3n de autoridades.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Intervenci\u00f3n y control del incidente<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El gobernador Joaqu\u00edn D\u00edaz Mena inform\u00f3 que, desde la detecci\u00f3n, la Secretar\u00eda de Marina, Pemex y autoridades estatales desplegaron un operativo con buzos especializados para contener la filtraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-128525\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/PROGRESO-HIDROCARBURO-scaled.avif\" alt=\"Progreso Hidrocarburo\" width=\"639\" height=\"424\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Asegur\u00f3 que el ducto fue sellado de forma definitiva y que la zona se encuentra bajo control, sin riesgos para la poblaci\u00f3n ni para la operaci\u00f3n portuaria. Pero la mancha sigue flotando en aguas, seg\u00fan im\u00e1genes que el mismo Ejecutivo emiti\u00f3 en su Facebook Live.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Descartan relaci\u00f3n con derrame en el Golfo<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El mandatario estatal subray\u00f3 que el incidente en Progreso no est\u00e1 relacionado con el derrame masivo registrado en el Golfo de M\u00e9xico en semanas recientes. Ese evento, reconocido por Pemex el 16 de abril, se origin\u00f3 en un oleoducto en la zona de Cantarell y afect\u00f3 extensas franjas del litoral en varios estados del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Contexto de crisis ambiental nacional<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El caso ocurre en medio de cuestionamientos a la gesti\u00f3n ambiental de Pemex. Autoridades federales han reportado la recolecci\u00f3n de toneladas de residuos contaminados en costas de Veracruz y Tabasco, mientras organizaciones civiles advierten una afectaci\u00f3n mayor. En contraste, monitoreos oficiales indicaban que Yucat\u00e1n se manten\u00eda libre de ese derrame hasta inicios de abril.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cambio institucional en medio del incidente<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La fuga tambi\u00e9n coincide con la designaci\u00f3n de Carlos Eduardo Gonz\u00e1lez Flota como nuevo procurador ambiental de Yucat\u00e1n.
