Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la v\u00edctima ten\u00eda 12 a\u00f1os y present\u00f3 depresi\u00f3n, por lo que recibi\u00f3 atenci\u00f3n especializada.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Medidas cautelares y diferimiento de audiencia<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El juez orden\u00f3 el uso de un brazalete electr\u00f3nico como medida cautelar. La denunciante afirm\u00f3 que no hay dispositivos disponibles y existe lista de espera.<br \/>\n\u201cMe informaron que puede tardar hasta un a\u00f1o; el caso se retomar\u00e1 en junio\u201d, dijo Andrea Guadalupe Lizama Huchim.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La audiencia de desahogo de pruebas se reprogram\u00f3 tras una solicitud de la defensa del imputado. El caso se desarrolla en paralelo al proceso penal en M\u00e9rida.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Intervenci\u00f3n de PRODENAY y recurso de amparo<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Procuradur\u00eda de Protecci\u00f3n de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes emiti\u00f3 una recomendaci\u00f3n sobre la custodia de la menor.
