Participaron autoridades municipales, organizaciones civiles y profesionales veterinarios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Se destac\u00f3 la necesidad de coordinaci\u00f3n entre gobiernos y sociedad civil para incluir a los animales en todas las fases de la gesti\u00f3n de riesgos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEstos espacios permiten intercambiar aprendizajes que mejoran las pr\u00e1cticas locales\u201d, dijo Felipe M\u00e1rquez, gerente de respuesta ante desastres para Am\u00e9rica Latina de Humane World for Animals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-128806 size-full\" title=\"Foro sobre animales en desastres impulsa protocolos en M\u00e9rida\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-05-05-at-7.48.44-PM1-scaled.avif\" alt=\"Foro sobre animales en desastres impulsa protocolos en M\u00e9rida\" width=\"768\" height=\"432\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Experiencias internacionales orientan estrategias locales<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante el foro, especialistas compartieron experiencias en atenci\u00f3n de emergencias. Daniela Benavides expuso el trabajo en incendios forestales en Chile que afectaron a miles de familias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los casos analizados incluyeron impactos en regiones como \u00d1uble y Biob\u00edo. Estas referencias aportan elementos para dise\u00f1ar protocolos en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Evacuaci\u00f3n con animales, uno de los principales retos<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En las mesas de trabajo se identific\u00f3 la evacuaci\u00f3n de familias con animales como un proceso complejo. Tambi\u00e9n se analiz\u00f3 la reubicaci\u00f3n en albergues temporales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Autoridades y organizaciones plantearon fortalecer la cultura de prevenci\u00f3n. Esta acci\u00f3n busca mejorar capacidades de respuesta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Gobierno de M\u00e9xico convoc\u00f3 al primer Simulacro Nacional 2026 el 6 de mayo a las 11:00 horas. El ejercicio permitir\u00e1 evaluar protocolos y coordinaci\u00f3n interinstitucional.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Organizaci\u00f3n reporta intervenciones en M\u00e9xico y el mundo<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Humane World for Animals report\u00f3 acciones recientes en Oaxaca tras el hurac\u00e1n Erick en 2025. Tambi\u00e9n particip\u00f3 en emergencias por los huracanes Otis y John en Guerrero.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A nivel internacional, la organizaci\u00f3n ha intervenido en terremotos, incendios y tormentas en varios pa\u00edses. Estas experiencias respaldan su participaci\u00f3n en el foro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las instituciones organizadoras informaron que continuar\u00e1n las acciones de capacitaci\u00f3n
