El Ayuntamiento indic\u00f3 que este mecanismo busca fortalecer la relaci\u00f3n entre sociedad y gobierno.<\/p>\n<p>Cecilia Patr\u00f3n Laviada tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n de instituciones acad\u00e9micas en proyectos urbanos.
