constitucional<\/strong> motiv\u00f3 una manifestaci\u00f3n de integrantes de la Alianza de Jubilados del Sector Energ\u00e9tico en la Pen\u00ednsula de Yucat\u00e1n, quienes acudieron a la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de los Derechos Humanos (CNDH) para presentar una queja por las afectaciones que, aseguran, les genera la medida.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los participantes se reunieron en el Monumento a la Patria y caminaron hacia las oficinas de la CNDH en M\u00e9rida para solicitar la intervenci\u00f3n del organismo.<\/p>\n<p><img justify;\"><strong>Acusan afectaciones econ\u00f3micas y de salud<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los inconformes sostienen que la <strong>reforma al art\u00edculo 127 constitucional<\/strong> limita el monto de las pensiones al establecer que ning\u00fan jubilado puede recibir m\u00e1s del 50 por ciento de la remuneraci\u00f3n de la Presidenta de la Rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Carlos Celaya V\u00e1zquez<\/strong>, integrante de la Uni\u00f3n Nacional de T\u00e9cnicos y Profesionistas Petroleros, afirm\u00f3 que la disposici\u00f3n ha provocado afectaciones econ\u00f3micas, emocionales y problemas relacionados con la salud de algunos jubilados.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cNos est\u00e1 trayendo problemas derivados de compromisos financieros, cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios y gastos m\u00e9dicos\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Jubilados defienden derechos adquiridos<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los manifestantes argumentan que la <strong>reforma al art\u00edculo 127 constitucional<\/strong> vulnera derechos obtenidos tras d\u00e9cadas de servicio en <strong>PEMEX<\/strong> y <strong>CFE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Indicaron que muchos trabajadores acumularon entre <strong>40 y 50 a\u00f1os de servicio<\/strong>, por lo que consideran injusto modificar las style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al llegar a las oficinas de la CNDH encontraron las instalaciones cerradas, aunque permanecieron en el lugar hasta recibir atenci\u00f3n y formalizar la queja.<\/p>\n<p
