El curso se desarroll\u00f3 del <strong>6 al 11 de julio<\/strong> y estuvo dirigido a participantes sin experiencia previa en obra civil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la clausura, la directora del <strong>Instituto de las Mujeres<\/strong>, <strong>Yahayra Centeno Ceballos<\/strong>, explic\u00f3 que el objetivo del programa es fortalecer la autonom\u00eda mediante el desarrollo de nuevas capacidades, la confianza personal y la toma de decisiones, una estrategia que forma parte de las acciones impulsadas por la alcaldesa <strong>Cecilia Patr\u00f3n Laviada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-130719\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-07-16-at-5.25.30-PM-scaled.avif\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"576\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\ud835\uddd4\ud835\uddfd\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddf6\ud835\ude07\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf7\ud835\uddf2 \ud835\ude01\ud835\uddf2\u0301\ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddfc \ud835\ude06 \ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddf2\ud835\ude00\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddfc \ud835\uddfd\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff\ud835\ude00\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf9<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La capacitaci\u00f3n incluy\u00f3 <strong>seis m\u00f3dulos<\/strong> sobre planeaci\u00f3n de proyectos, materiales, seguridad industrial, ejecuci\u00f3n de obra, instalaciones, acabados y mantenimiento del hogar.
