As\u00ed lo muestra el Bolet\u00edn Epidemiol\u00f3gico de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud correspondiente a la semana 26, publicado el 13 de julio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">De las diez enfermedades con m\u00e1s casos en el estado, siete crecieron respecto al a\u00f1o pasado. Las tres que bajaron son infecciosas o respiratorias.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Las m\u00e1s frecuentes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Las infecciones respiratorias agudas siguen encabezando el registro estatal con 132,343 casos, aunque cayeron 5.6% frente a los 140,157 del a\u00f1o anterior. La gingivitis y la enfermedad periodontal ocupan el cuarto lugar con 22,669 casos, 10.9% m\u00e1s que en 2025.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>El bloque metab\u00f3lico avanza<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">La obesidad registr\u00f3 9,986 casos nuevos, casi 20% m\u00e1s que el a\u00f1o pasado. La hipertensi\u00f3n arterial creci\u00f3 12.1%, hasta 5,222 registros, y la diabetes mellitus tipo II, 8.6%, con 4,532 casos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Ese avance ya se refleja en sus consecuencias. La enfermedad cerebrovascular pas\u00f3 de 524 a 708 casos, un alza de 35%, y la cardiopat\u00eda isqu\u00e9mica subi\u00f3 17.2%, hasta 926 registros. Son los dos desenlaces cl\u00ednicos que la literatura m\u00e9dica asocia de forma directa con hipertensi\u00f3n y diabetes mal controladas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Completan el grupo las \u00falceras, gastritis y duodenitis, con 5,870 casos y un aumento de 3.8 por ciento.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Lo que retrocede<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El dengue cay\u00f3 de 85 a 14 casos, una reducci\u00f3n de 83%. El covid-19 pr\u00e1cticamente desapareci\u00f3 del registro estatal: cinco casos en 2026 frente a 179 el a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">El asma tambi\u00e9n baj\u00f3, 7.6%, hasta 2,808 casos. En sentido contrario, la varicela aument\u00f3 61% y la otitis media aguda, 11.7%, con 2,239 registros.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Obesidad, hipertensi\u00f3n y diabetes
