Patr\u00f3n Laviada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Corredor verde Ciudad Caucel ser\u00e1 un pulm\u00f3n urbano<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante su reuni\u00f3n semanal con medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, la alcaldesa explic\u00f3 que el proyecto forma parte de la estrategia municipal para consolidar infraestructura verde, reducir los efectos del calor y crear espacios de conservaci\u00f3n dentro de la zona urbana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-130982 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Corredor-Verde-Ciudad-Caucel-3-scaled.avif\" alt=\"Corredor Verde Ciudad Caucel\" width=\"582\" height=\"388\" \/> El corredor tendr\u00e1 una longitud de <strong>1.36 kil\u00f3metros<\/strong> y ser\u00e1 el primero de este tipo en la capital yucateca, con un dise\u00f1o orientado principalmente a la protecci\u00f3n de flora y fauna nativas.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>M\u00e1s de 900 \u00e1rboles nativos en Gran Santa Fe<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con el Ayuntamiento, el <strong>80% del proyecto<\/strong> estar\u00e1 conformado por vegetaci\u00f3n nativa, mientras que solo el <strong>20% corresponder\u00e1 a infraestructura<\/strong>, lo que permitir\u00e1 priorizar la restauraci\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica, la conectividad ambiental y la protecci\u00f3n de los ecosistemas locales.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" como el Jard\u00edn Solar, con caimito, ciricote y nance; el Jard\u00edn Rejollada, con especies representativas del ecosistema local, y el Jard\u00edn Selva Baja Caducifolia, inspirado en la vegetaci\u00f3n caracter\u00edstica de la Pen\u00ednsula de Yucat\u00e1n.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Infraestructura verde para M\u00e9rida<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s de su vocaci\u00f3n ambiental, el corredor contar\u00e1 con sendero peatonal, \u00e1reas de convivencia social, humedal, puente peatonal, sistema de riego automatizado e iluminaci\u00f3n sustentable de baja intensidad, dise\u00f1ada para reducir el impacto sobre la fauna silvestre.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" conservaci\u00f3n ambiental; sin embargo, tambi\u00e9n permitir\u00e1 que las familias caminen, convivan y mantengan contacto con la naturaleza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proyecto cuenta con acompa\u00f1amiento t\u00e9cnico del <strong>CICY<\/strong>, instituci\u00f3n que participa en la selecci\u00f3n de la paleta vegetal y en la integraci\u00f3n de sus componentes
