{"id":131178,"date":"2026-08-14T18:11:39","date_gmt":"2026-08-15T00:11:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=131178"},"modified":"2026-08-14T18:11:39","modified_gmt":"2026-08-15T00:11:39","slug":"sistema-municipal-integral-cuidados-merida","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/sistema-municipal-integral-cuidados-merida\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e9rida avanza en Sistema Municipal Integral de Cuidados"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e1s de <strong>40 representantes<\/strong> participaron en la elaboraci\u00f3n del <strong>Marco Conceptual de Cuidados<\/strong> para establecer las bases del sistema municipal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n, 14 de agosto de 2026.\u2014 El Ayuntamiento de M\u00e9rida avanz\u00f3 en la construcci\u00f3n del <strong>Sistema Municipal Integral de Cuidados<\/strong>, con participaci\u00f3n de instituciones p\u00fablicas, academia, iniciativa privada y sociedad civil.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-131182\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-08-14-at-4.10.56-PM-1-scaled.avif\" alt=\"\" width=\"566\" height=\"768\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>SISTEMA MUNICIPAL INTEGRAL DE CUIDADOS TOMA FORMA<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e1s de <strong>40 representantes<\/strong> participaron en las mesas de trabajo \u201cAliadas para un Sistema de Cuidados\u201d, donde se elabor\u00f3 el <strong>Marco Conceptual de Cuidados<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El documento busca establecer un entendimiento com\u00fan sobre los cuidados y sentar las bases para el futuro <strong>Sistema Municipal Integral de Cuidados de M\u00e9rida<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-131180\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-08-14-at-4.10.57-PM-scaled.avif\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"576\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Flora Zapata Mendiola, coordinadora General de Justicia Social y Desarrollo Humano, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que esta pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica busca reconocer los cuidados como una responsabilidad compartida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n participaron personas cuidadoras y organismos internacionales. Entre ellos estuvieron la <strong>Cooperaci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica Alemana (GIZ) en M\u00e9xico<\/strong> y la Coalici\u00f3n por el Derecho al Cuidado Digno y Tiempo Propio de las Mujeres.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-131184\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-08-14-at-4.10.55-PM-1-scaled.avif\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"512\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DIAGN\u00d3STICO PARA EL SISTEMA MUNICIPAL INTEGRAL DE CUIDADOS<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante las mesas se revisaron instrumentos normativos, literatura especializada e informaci\u00f3n sociodemogr\u00e1fica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, se realiz\u00f3 un <strong>diagn\u00f3stico territorial en la zona oriente de M\u00e9rida<\/strong> para identificar necesidades y condiciones relacionadas con los cuidados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El proceso incluy\u00f3 una gu\u00eda metodol\u00f3gica basada en <strong>derechos humanos, interculturalidad, interseccionalidad y territorialidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mariana Cruz Garc\u00eda, asesora t\u00e9cnica del Proyecto Pisoigual de la GIZ, destac\u00f3 que el trabajo permitir\u00e1 consolidar una visi\u00f3n compartida sobre los cuidados como derecho humano.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, Yahayra Centeno Ceballos, directora del Instituto de las Mujeres, resalt\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n de instituciones y organizaciones civiles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Ayuntamiento tambi\u00e9n impulsa conversatorios, capacitaci\u00f3n de funcionarios y acciones comunitarias vinculadas con la agenda de cuidados. Estas iniciativas forman parte de la estrategia para consolidar el <strong>Sistema Municipal Integral de Cuidados<\/strong>. El Plan Municipal de Desarrollo contempla esta pol\u00edtica como una l\u00ednea de acci\u00f3n para fortalecer la autonom\u00eda de las personas cuidadoras.
