{"id":131592,"date":"2026-09-02T21:12:03","date_gmt":"2026-09-03T03:12:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=131592"},"modified":"2026-09-02T21:12:03","modified_gmt":"2026-09-03T03:12:03","slug":"apagon-yucatan-movimiento-ciudadano-denuncia-cne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/apagon-yucatan-movimiento-ciudadano-denuncia-cne\/","title":{"rendered":"MC denuncia apag\u00f3n que afect\u00f3 a la pen\u00ednsula de Yucat\u00e1n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Movimiento Ciudadano present\u00f3 una denuncia popular ante la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Energ\u00eda por el <strong>apag\u00f3n en Yucat\u00e1n <\/strong>y otros estados del sureste, registrado entre el 31 de agosto y el 1 de septiembre, que afect\u00f3 a <strong>745,533 personas usuarias <\/strong>en la regi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El coordinador nacional de Movimiento Ciudadano, Jorge \u00c1lvarez M\u00e1ynez, interpuso la denuncia formal para exigir una revisi\u00f3n de las fallas en el suministro el\u00e9ctrico y evitar que los apagones se normalicen en la Pen\u00ednsula.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La acci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica busca que las autoridades verifiquen el cumplimiento de las obligaciones constitucionales relacionadas con la continuidad y seguridad del servicio el\u00e9ctrico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Aunque la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n Federal de Electricidad (CFE)<\/strong> atribuy\u00f3 la interrupci\u00f3n a presuntos actos de vandalismo en dos l\u00edneas de alta tensi\u00f3n, la denuncia plantea que esa explicaci\u00f3n debe acreditarse con rigor, ya que no exime autom\u00e1ticamente a las autoridades de responsabilidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Piden dictamen independiente sobre fallas el\u00e9ctricas<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Movimiento Ciudadano tambi\u00e9n solicit\u00f3 revisar como antecedente el apag\u00f3n del pasado <strong>3 de junio de 2026<\/strong>, que impact\u00f3 <strong>579 MW de carga<\/strong> en Yucat\u00e1n y Quintana Roo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-131593 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Movimiento-Ciudadano-Apagon-Yucatan-scaled.avif\" alt=\"Movimiento Ciudadano apag\u00f3n\" width=\"623\" height=\"415\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Movimiento-Ciudadano-Apagon-Yucatan-scaled.avif 768w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Movimiento-Ciudadano-Apagon-Yucatan-1536x1023.avif 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 623px) 100vw, 623px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La denuncia pide que la CFE y el <strong>Centro Nacional de Control de Energ\u00eda (CENACE)<\/strong> entreguen toda la informaci\u00f3n necesaria para elaborar un dictamen independiente sobre las causas de la falla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Adem\u00e1s, solicita analizar de manera integral los apagones registrados en <strong>2020, 2021, 2024 y 2026<\/strong> en la Pen\u00ednsula.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Vida G\u00f3mez exige reparaci\u00f3n para familias y empresas<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La coordinadora estatal de Movimiento Ciudadano en Yucat\u00e1n, Vida G\u00f3mez Herrera, expuso que la denuncia tambi\u00e9n pide determinar posibles sanciones y medidas correctivas ante las deficiencias del servicio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Asimismo, plante\u00f3 que las autoridades ordenen un mecanismo p\u00fablico, sencillo y transparente para hacer efectivas bonificaciones, indemnizaciones y reparaciones a familias y empresas afectadas por el <strong>apag\u00f3n en Yucat\u00e1n<\/strong> y la regi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cMovimiento Ciudadano reitera que la energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica es un servicio b\u00e1sico y que la calidad de vida de las familias del sureste no puede verse afectada por negligencias. No nos vamos a resignar a que los apagones sean una normalidad, por lo que continuaremos exigiendo justicia por la v\u00eda jur\u00eddica para proteger a las familias y empresas yucatecas y de la
