El Congreso de Yucat\u00e1n analiza transferir un predio estatal al Ayuntamiento de Izamal para un hospital de segundo nivel, vivienda y espacios p\u00fablicos.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Un terreno propiedad del Gobierno de Yucat\u00e1n podr\u00eda ser transferido al Ayuntamiento de Izamal para desarrollar un hospital de segundo nivel<\/strong>, vivienda, \u00e1reas verdes, espacios p\u00fablicos y un recinto ferial.<\/p>\n

La propuesta fue presentada ante la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Presupuesto, Patrimonio Estatal y Municipal<\/strong> del Congreso estatal, como parte de un paquete de tres iniciativas para transferir bienes a municipios.<\/p>\n

Hospital de segundo nivel, entre los proyectos para Izamal<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Durante la sesi\u00f3n, la diputada de Morena Maribel Chuc Ayala<\/strong> inform\u00f3 que una parte del predio de Izamal est\u00e1 contemplada para construir un hospital de segundo nivel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

El proyecto permitir\u00eda ampliar la infraestructura m\u00e9dica para habitantes del municipio y comunidades cercanas.<\/p>\n

El terreno tambi\u00e9n contempla superficies para vivienda para el bienestar, espacios p\u00fablicos y \u00e1reas verdes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, se plantea habilitar un recinto ferial<\/strong> para mejorar las condiciones de las festividades y actividades que concentran visitantes.<\/p>\n

La propuesta tambi\u00e9n considera aspectos relacionados con el ordenamiento y movilidad<\/strong> durante eventos de alta afluencia.<\/p>\n

Los diputados panistas Roger Torres Peniche e Itzel Falla Uribe<\/strong> realizaron planteamientos sobre distintos aspectos del proyecto durante el an\u00e1lisis legislativo.<\/p>\n

Izamal, Progreso y Tinum recibir\u00edan bienes estatales<\/strong><\/h3>\n

El paquete enviado por el Ejecutivo estatal contempla tambi\u00e9n la transferencia de 58 bienes muebles al Ayuntamiento de Progreso y 47 al Ayuntamiento de Tinum<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

En total, las tres propuestas consideran 105 bienes para ambos municipios<\/strong>, adem\u00e1s del predio planteado para Izamal.<\/p>\n

Las iniciativas todav\u00eda no han sido aprobadas<\/strong>. El presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Presupuesto, Germ\u00e1n Quintal Medina<\/strong>, instruy\u00f3 a la Secretar\u00eda General del Congreso elaborar los proyectos de dictamen.<\/p>\n

Despu\u00e9s, los documentos deber\u00e1n continuar el procedimiento legislativo para su discusi\u00f3n y eventual votaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Durante la misma sesi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se turn\u00f3 a an\u00e1lisis una iniciativa del Ayuntamiento de Sucil\u00e1<\/strong> para modificar diversos art\u00edculos de su Ley de Ingresos correspondiente al ejercicio fiscal 2026.<\/p>\n
