Con el prop\u00f3sito de fortalecer la seguridad en el sector empresarial, la Polic\u00eda Municipal, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica (SSP) y la delegaci\u00f3n Yucat\u00e1n de la C\u00e1mara Nacional de la Industria Restaurantera y de Alimentos Condimentados (Canirac<\/a><\/span><\/strong>), imparti\u00f3 la capacitaci\u00f3n \u201c\ud835\uddd6\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddfa\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfc \ud835\ude00\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddf4\ud835\ude02\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddfc\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

La actividad estuvo dirigida a trabajadores del sector gastron\u00f3mico, quienes recibieron herramientas para identificar posibles llamadas de enga\u00f1o, extorsiones y fraudes electr\u00f3nicos.<\/p>\n

Prevenci\u00f3n de extorsiones telef\u00f3nicas<\/h3>\n

Durante la capacitaci\u00f3n se abordaron \ud835\uddf2\ud835\ude00\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddee\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddf4\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddee\ud835\ude00 \ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddf2 \ud835\uddfd\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf2\ud835\ude03\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfc\u0301\ud835\uddfb \ud835\uddf3\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfb\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddf2 \ud835\uddee \ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddee \ud835\uddf2\ud835\ude05\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddff\ud835\ude00\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfc\u0301\ud835\uddfb \ud835\ude06 \ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddee \ud835\ude03\ud835\ude02\ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddef\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf1 \ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddf4\ud835\uddf6\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Los participantes aprendieron a reconocer patrones relacionados con llamadas de enga\u00f1o y posibles fraudes electr\u00f3nicos. Tambi\u00e9n recibieron orientaci\u00f3n sobre c\u00f3mo responder de manera inmediata ante una situaci\u00f3n de riesgo.<\/p>\n

La preparaci\u00f3n contempla adem\u00e1s aspectos relacionados con la contenci\u00f3n emocional<\/strong>, debido a que las llamadas de extorsi\u00f3n pueden generar temor, presi\u00f3n o confusi\u00f3n en quienes las reciben.<\/p>\n

El prop\u00f3sito es que los trabajadores puedan identificar se\u00f1ales de alerta y actuar de manera adecuada ante este tipo de situaciones.<\/p>\n

Capacitaci\u00f3n sobre vulnerabilidad digital<\/h3>\n

El programa tambi\u00e9n aborda el concepto de \ud835\udde9\ud835\ude02\ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddef\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf1 \ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddf4\ud835\uddf6\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf9<\/strong>, con la finalidad de que el personal del sector restaurantero conozca medidas b\u00e1sicas para proteger informaci\u00f3n personal y empresarial.<\/p>\n

Entre las recomendaciones abordadas se encuentra la generaci\u00f3n de \ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddfb\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddee\ud835\ude00\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfb\u0303\ud835\uddee\ud835\ude00 \ud835\ude00\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddf4\ud835\ude02\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddee\ud835\ude00<\/strong> y la aplicaci\u00f3n de medidas de protecci\u00f3n en dispositivos inteligentes.<\/p>\n

Estas acciones buscan reducir riesgos relacionados con el acceso no autorizado a informaci\u00f3n y fortalecer las pr\u00e1cticas de seguridad digital dentro de los establecimientos.<\/p>\n

La capacitaci\u00f3n considera que los trabajadores forman parte de la primera l\u00ednea de prevenci\u00f3n, debido a que pueden encontrarse directamente con intentos de enga\u00f1o mediante llamadas, mensajes o herramientas digitales.<\/p>\n

Orientan sobre canales de denuncia<\/h3>\n

Otro de los componentes de la capacitaci\u00f3n es la orientaci\u00f3n sobre los \ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddf2\ud835\ude00 \ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddf2 \ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfb\ud835\ude02\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddee<\/strong> disponibles ante posibles delitos cibern\u00e9ticos.<\/p>\n

Los participantes recibieron informaci\u00f3n sobre los pasos legales que deben seguir y las autoridades a las que pueden acudir para reportar formalmente una situaci\u00f3n de este tipo.<\/p>\n

Con ello, se busca que los trabajadores sepan c\u00f3mo actuar despu\u00e9s de identificar una posible extorsi\u00f3n, fraude electr\u00f3nico u otro delito relacionado con el entorno digital.<\/p>\n

Trabajo conjunto con el sector empresarial<\/h3>\n

El programa \u201c\ud835\uddd6\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddfd\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddf6\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfc\u0301\ud835\uddfb \ud835\uddff\ud835\uddf2\ud835\ude00\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddee\ud835\ude02\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddfb\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddf2 \ud835\ude00\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddf4\ud835\ude02\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddfc\u201d<\/strong> se desarrolla mediante la coordinaci\u00f3n entre autoridades de seguridad y c\u00e1maras empresariales.<\/p>\n

En este caso participan la Polic\u00eda Municipal, la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica y la delegaci\u00f3n Yucat\u00e1n de Canirac.<\/p>\n

La estrategia busca acercar informaci\u00f3n preventiva directamente a quienes trabajan en restaurantes y establecimientos gastron\u00f3micos.<\/p>\n
