{"id":131796,"date":"2026-09-11T11:07:42","date_gmt":"2026-09-11T17:07:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=131796"},"modified":"2026-09-11T11:07:42","modified_gmt":"2026-09-11T17:07:42","slug":"javier-osante-licencia-congreso-yucatan-movimiento-ciudadano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/javier-osante-licencia-congreso-yucatan-movimiento-ciudadano\/","title":{"rendered":"Javier Osante solicita licencia al Congreso de Yucat\u00e1n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El diputado local <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/JavierOsanteSolis\/?locale=es_LA\">Javier Osante Sol\u00eds<\/a><\/span> solicit\u00f3 licencia por tiempo indefinido al Congreso de Yucat\u00e1n<\/strong> para concentrarse en el trabajo pol\u00edtico y territorial de Movimiento Ciudadano (MC), partido en el que forma parte de la Comisi\u00f3n Operativa Estatal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La decisi\u00f3n implica su separaci\u00f3n de las actividades legislativas y abre paso al procedimiento correspondiente para cubrir temporalmente su posici\u00f3n en el Congreso estatal, seg\u00fan el comunicado que emiti\u00f3 MC esta ma\u00f1ana.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-131797 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Javier-Osante-1-scaled.avif\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"432\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Javier-Osante-1-scaled.avif 768w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/Javier-Osante-1-1536x864.avif 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Osante deja el Congreso para trabajar en las calles<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al anunciar su licencia, Osante Sol\u00eds se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la situaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica de Yucat\u00e1n y del pa\u00eds requiere fortalecer el contacto directo con la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cFortaleceremos nuestra labor por las y los yucatecos. Nos veremos en las calles; los tiempos y la condici\u00f3n del pa\u00eds y del Estado requieren de trabajo pol\u00edtico en las calles, y hacia esa labor vamos\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">De acuerdo con el legislador, durante su periodo en el Congreso present\u00f3 <strong>18 iniciativas propias y acumul\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 80 participaciones en tribuna<\/strong>, entre posicionamientos, discusiones legislativas y defensa de diferentes causas sociales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre sus propuestas destac\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n del denominado <strong>Fondo de la Paz<\/strong>, planteado para canalizar recursos al mejoramiento de parques y espacios deportivos y culturales, adem\u00e1s de impulsar la investigaci\u00f3n y acciones relacionadas con la salud mental.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n promovi\u00f3 una propuesta para <strong>incrementar los recursos destinados a la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Yucat\u00e1n (UADY)<\/strong>, con el objetivo de ampliar su infraestructura y capacidad de matr\u00edcula.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Critica rezago de iniciativas en el Congreso<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Antes de separarse del cargo, Osante cuestion\u00f3 al bloque mayoritario del Congreso y asegur\u00f3 que existe un rezago de <strong>m\u00e1s de 400 iniciativas<\/strong> en distintas comisiones legislativas. La cifra corresponde al balance presentado por el propio diputado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre los asuntos que considera pendientes mencion\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n iniciativas relacionadas con oportunidades de empleo para adultos mayores y acciones en favor de jubilados y pensionados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tras solicitar licencia, Osante anunci\u00f3 que reforzar\u00e1 sus actividades dentro de la <strong>Comisi\u00f3n Operativa Estatal de Movimiento Ciudadano<\/strong>, con trabajo territorial dirigido principalmente a j\u00f3venes, trabajadores y otros sectores de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Asimismo, adelant\u00f3 que mantendr\u00e1 su respaldo a jubilados y pensionados de la Comisi\u00f3n Federal de Electricidad (CFE), Petr\u00f3leos Mexicanos (Pemex) y Banobras que han planteado inconformidades relacionadas con sus derechos laborales y de seguridad social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La salida temporal de Osante modifica la representaci\u00f3n de Movimiento Ciudadano en el Congreso de Yucat\u00e1n, donde hasta ahora se desempe\u00f1aba adem\u00e1s como
