{"id":131903,"date":"2026-09-14T18:43:58","date_gmt":"2026-09-15T00:43:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=131903"},"modified":"2026-09-14T18:43:58","modified_gmt":"2026-09-15T00:43:58","slug":"congreso-yucatan-terrenos-tren-maya-apagones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/congreso-yucatan-terrenos-tren-maya-apagones\/","title":{"rendered":"Congreso de Yucat\u00e1n aprueba terrenos para Tren Maya y m\u00e1s"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Congreso aprob\u00f3 la donaci\u00f3n de 56 hect\u00e1reas al Tren Maya, ratific\u00f3 a un magistrado del TJA, autoriz\u00f3 una licencia legislativa y volvi\u00f3 a discutir los apagones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>Congreso de Yucat\u00e1n<\/strong> aprob\u00f3 una serie de acuerdos durante una sesi\u00f3n marcada por confrontaciones pol\u00edticas, entre ellos la donaci\u00f3n de <strong>56 hect\u00e1reas del patrimonio estatal al Tren Maya<\/strong>, la ratificaci\u00f3n de un magistrado y la licencia indefinida del diputado Javier Osante Sol\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-131906\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-09-14-at-4.56.59-PM1-scaled.avif\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"430\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Congreso de Yucat\u00e1n avala terrenos para Tren Maya<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Pleno autoriz\u00f3 al Gobierno estatal, mediante el Inccopy, donar seis inmuebles ubicados en <strong>Pochil\u00e1 y Bol\u00f3n, Um\u00e1n<\/strong>, a la empresa de participaci\u00f3n estatal mayoritaria Tren Maya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El priista <strong>Gaspar Quintal Parra<\/strong> vot\u00f3 en contra y cuestion\u00f3 que el dictamen no incluyera informaci\u00f3n sobre el costo de adquisici\u00f3n, valor actual de los predios ni un an\u00e1lisis costo-beneficio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la solicitud del Tren Maya ocurri\u00f3 el <strong>20 de mayo de 2025<\/strong>, antes de que el Gobierno estatal adquiriera cinco terrenos de Pochil\u00e1 y otro predio en Bol\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El morenista <strong>Erik Rihani Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong> defendi\u00f3 la operaci\u00f3n y afirm\u00f3 que forma parte de la integraci\u00f3n log\u00edstica del proyecto.
