{"id":132033,"date":"2026-09-20T18:12:13","date_gmt":"2026-09-21T00:12:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=132033"},"modified":"2026-09-20T18:12:13","modified_gmt":"2026-09-21T00:12:13","slug":"productividad-laboral-yucatan-183-pesos-hora","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/productividad-laboral-yucatan-183-pesos-hora\/","title":{"rendered":"Se estanca Yucat\u00e1n en 183 pesos por hora trabajada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"393\" data-end=\"611\">La <strong data-start=\"396\" data-end=\"432\">productividad laboral en Yucat\u00e1n<\/strong> permaneci\u00f3 sin cambios durante el primer trimestre de 2026: cada hora trabajada gener\u00f3 183 pesos de producci\u00f3n, exactamente la misma cifra registrada en el mismo periodo de 2025.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"613\" data-end=\"817\">El indicador elaborado por M\u00e9xico, \u00bfc\u00f3mo vamos? con informaci\u00f3n del INEGI coloc\u00f3 al estado en el lugar 20 nacional, empatado con Quintana Roo, mientras el promedio del pa\u00eds alcanz\u00f3 <strong data-start=\"794\" data-end=\"816\">222 pesos por hora<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-section-id=\"1kwa3bd\" data-start=\"819\" data-end=\"868\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"822\" data-end=\"868\">Yucat\u00e1n queda 39 pesos debajo del promedio<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"870\" data-end=\"997\">La diferencia entre Yucat\u00e1n y la media nacional fue de <strong data-start=\"925\" data-end=\"961\">39 pesos por cada hora trabajada<\/strong>, equivalente a una brecha de 17.6%.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"999\" data-end=\"1277\">La productividad por hora mide el valor que genera una econom\u00eda durante 60 minutos de trabajo. El indicador no eval\u00faa el esfuerzo individual de trabajadoras y trabajadores, sino la capacidad productiva que resulta de combinar capital, tecnolog\u00eda, capacitaci\u00f3n e infraestructura.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"999\" data-end=\"1277\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-132035 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/HORA-LABORADA-YUCATAN-scaled.avif\" alt=\"Productividad laboral en Yucat\u00e1n\" width=\"647\" height=\"425\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1279\" data-end=\"1417\">En el primer trimestre de 2026, Campeche registr\u00f3 559 pesos por hora; Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, 430; Nuevo Le\u00f3n, 369; Sonora, 331, y Tabasco, 305.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1419\" data-end=\"1594\">Entre las econom\u00edas con una mayor presencia industrial, Coahuila alcanz\u00f3 281 pesos, Chihuahua y Baja California registraron 273, mientras Quer\u00e9taro lleg\u00f3 a 262 pesos por hora.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1596\" data-end=\"1821\">Los resultados de Campeche y Tabasco requieren una consideraci\u00f3n adicional, debido al peso de la industria petrolera, actividad intensiva en capital que genera un alto valor econ\u00f3mico con relativamente pocas horas de trabajo.<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-section-id=\"1dq40gw\" data-start=\"1823\" data-end=\"1860\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1826\" data-end=\"1860\">Quintana Roo alcanza a Yucat\u00e1n<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1862\" data-end=\"2034\">Mientras la <strong data-start=\"1874\" data-end=\"1910\">productividad laboral en Yucat\u00e1n<\/strong> permaneci\u00f3 en 183 pesos entre el primer trimestre de 2025 y el mismo periodo de 2026, varias entidades registraron avances.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2036\" data-end=\"2191\">Sonora pas\u00f3 de 315 a 331 pesos por hora; Tabasco, de 261 a 305; Hidalgo, de 161 a 176; Jalisco, de 250 a 255, y Quintana Roo avanz\u00f3 de 167 a <strong data-start=\"2177\" data-end=\"2190\">183 pesos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2193\" data-end=\"2384\">Este \u00faltimo resultado coloc\u00f3 a Quintana Roo al mismo nivel que Yucat\u00e1n despu\u00e9s de sumar 16 pesos de productividad por hora en un a\u00f1o, mientras el indicador yucateco permaneci\u00f3 sin movimiento.<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-section-id=\"157d9jf\" data-start=\"2386\" data-end=\"2443\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"2389\" data-end=\"2443\">Informalidad y empleo formal limitan productividad<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2445\" data-end=\"2688\">Yucat\u00e1n mantiene una elevada informalidad laboral, factor que influye en la productividad debido a que las unidades econ\u00f3micas peque\u00f1as e informales suelen tener menor acceso a cr\u00e9dito, maquinaria, software, capacitaci\u00f3n y econom\u00edas de escala.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2690\" data-end=\"2936\">El empleo formal tampoco mostr\u00f3 un mayor dinamismo al cierre de 2025. Yucat\u00e1n termin\u00f3 diciembre con <strong data-start=\"2790\" data-end=\"2842\">434 mil 974 trabajadores asegurados ante el IMSS<\/strong>, 0.55% menos que un a\u00f1o antes, seg\u00fan datos del Observatorio Laboral incluidos en el an\u00e1lisis.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"2938\" data-end=\"3096\">La informalidad laboral, por su parte, cerr\u00f3 cerca de <strong data-start=\"2992\" data-end=\"2999\">60%<\/strong>, lo que mantiene una proporci\u00f3n importante de trabajadores fuera de esquemas formales de empleo.<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-section-id=\"1gar1h3\" data-start=\"3098\" data-end=\"3144\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"3101\" data-end=\"3144\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 determina cu\u00e1nto produce una hora?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"3146\" data-end=\"3323\">El valor generado durante una hora depende de factores como capacitaci\u00f3n, tecnolog\u00eda, inversi\u00f3n, maquinaria, organizaci\u00f3n, infraestructura y condiciones del entorno empresarial.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"3325\" data-end=\"3514\">Por ello, dos personas con capacidades similares pueden generar niveles distintos de producci\u00f3n cuando una trabaja con tecnolog\u00eda moderna y otra depende principalmente de procesos manuales.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"3516\" data-end=\"3761\">El diagn\u00f3stico nacional apunta al mismo problema. En 2024, la productividad laboral de M\u00e9xico equival\u00eda a 51% del promedio de la OCDE, mientras la inversi\u00f3n en investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo represent\u00f3 0.3% del PIB en 2022, frente a 2.1% del bloque.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"3763\" data-end=\"3963\">Para Yucat\u00e1n, el reto no radica \u00fanicamente en cu\u00e1ntas horas trabaja su poblaci\u00f3n, sino en las herramientas, capital y condiciones disponibles para convertir cada hora laboral en mayor valor econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n<h5 dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"
