Los usuarios pueden acudir primero ante la Comisi\u00f3n Federal de Electricidad (CFE) y, posteriormente, ante la Procuradur\u00eda Federal del Consumidor (PROFECO).<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Cobros excesivos de CFE pueden revisarse ante autoridades<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Garc\u00eda Rojas explic\u00f3 que, al presentar una inconformidad ante la <strong>CFE<\/strong>, personal de la empresa puede revisar el medidor para determinar si existe alguna deficiencia t\u00e9cnica que explique el monto facturado.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si el usuario presenta una reclamaci\u00f3n ante <strong>PROFECO<\/strong> y no est\u00e1 conforme con la resoluci\u00f3n, puede recurrir a un juzgado federal mediante una demanda en materia mercantil, de acuerdo con la orientaci\u00f3n proporcionada por el defensor p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">El <strong>Instituto Federal de Defensor\u00eda P\u00fablica (<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/ifdp.oaj.gob.mx\/\">IFDP<\/a><\/span>) en Yucat\u00e1n<\/strong> brinda orientaci\u00f3n, asesor\u00eda y representaci\u00f3n legal sin costo a quienes requieran apoyo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s de asuntos relacionados con <strong>energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica<\/strong>, el organismo atiende casos vinculados con pensiones, suministro de medicamentos y procesos migratorios, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">El IFDP se encuentra en el Edificio Sede del Poder Judicial de la
