{"id":132398,"date":"2026-10-03T15:18:56","date_gmt":"2026-10-03T21:18:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=132398"},"modified":"2026-10-03T15:18:56","modified_gmt":"2026-10-03T21:18:56","slug":"linchamientos-yucatan-tekit-chemax-vacios-legales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/linchamientos-yucatan-tekit-chemax-vacios-legales\/","title":{"rendered":"Tekit y Chemax exhiben vac\u00edo legal ante linchamientos en Yucat\u00e1n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los hechos ocurridos en <strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/fge-continua-investigando-hechos-vi0lent0s-en-tekit\/\">Tekit<\/a> <\/span>en enero de 2025 y Chemax el pasado 1 de octubre de 2026<\/strong> colocan nuevamente sobre la mesa dos vac\u00edos en Yucat\u00e1n frente a los linchamientos: la falta de un protocolo espec\u00edfico que determine c\u00f3mo deben intervenir las autoridades y la inexistencia de esta conducta como un delito aut\u00f3nomo en la legislaci\u00f3n estatal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El planteamiento fue realizado por Francisco Jos\u00e9 Parra Lara, de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Yucat\u00e1n, quien analiz\u00f3 las implicaciones jur\u00eddicas de este tipo de violencia colectiva a partir del caso ocurrido en Tekit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El antecedente m\u00e1s grave se registr\u00f3 la noche del <strong>27 de enero de 2025<\/strong>, cuando un hombre fue golpeado y posteriormente incendiado en la calle 30 por 31 y 29 de Tekit. La v\u00edctima muri\u00f3 como consecuencia de las agresiones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El caso evidenci\u00f3 la forma en que actualmente deben procesarse estos hechos en Yucat\u00e1n ante la ausencia de un delito espec\u00edfico de linchamiento. Cinco personas fueron vinculadas inicialmente por <strong>homicidio calificado cometido en pandilla<\/strong> y, posteriormente, dos de los involucrados fueron sentenciados a 18 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n mediante procedimiento abreviado.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-132399 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/Linchamientos-scaled.avif\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"432\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/Linchamientos-scaled.avif 768w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/Linchamientos-1536x864.avif 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Chemax vuelve a poner el problema sobre la mesa<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El segundo episodio ocurri\u00f3 la noche del <strong>jueves 1 de octubre de 2026<\/strong>, en la calle 13 de la colonia Para\u00edso, en Chemax. Un hombre fue golpeado y posteriormente incendiado, aunque sobrevivi\u00f3 y fue trasladado al Hospital General de Valladolid. La Polic\u00eda Municipal report\u00f3 posteriormente la detenci\u00f3n de <strong>Jos\u00e9 \u201cN\u201d y Carlos \u201cN\u201d<\/strong>, puestos a disposici\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (<strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/fge.yucatan.gob.mx\/\">FGE<\/a><\/span><\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los primeros reportes m\u00e9dicos difundidos por medios locales se\u00f1alaron que el lesionado sufri\u00f3 quemaduras en aproximadamente 10 por ciento del cuerpo y traumatismo craneoencef\u00e1lico moderado.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Yucat\u00e1n carece de protocolo espec\u00edfico<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para Parra Lara, un protocolo especializado permitir\u00eda establecer c\u00f3mo deben coordinarse polic\u00edas municipales, estatales y otras autoridades cuando una multitud amenaza con agredir a una persona.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s de buscar impedir que la violencia se consume, estas reglas permitir\u00edan evaluar posteriormente <strong>si los servidores p\u00fablicos actuaron conforme a sus obligaciones o incurrieron en omisiones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El segundo problema surge cuando la agresi\u00f3n colectiva ya ocurri\u00f3. Individualizar responsabilidades puede resultar complejo cuando numerosas personas participan en golpes, lesiones o en la muerte de una v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por ello, el especialista plantea discutir tambi\u00e9n la creaci\u00f3n de un <strong>tipo penal espec\u00edfico de linchamiento<\/strong>, con elementos y sanciones claramente establecidos.<\/p>\n<p
