Consuelo Vadillo Guti\u00e9rrez\u201d al Hospital General \u201cDr. Agust\u00edn O\u2019Hor\u00e1n\u201d, previsto para el 4 de noviembre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cCambiar de hospital al personal no basta para garantizar el servicio. Antes del 4 de noviembre, las familias deben saber d\u00f3nde ser\u00e1n atendidas, cu\u00e1ntas camas estar\u00e1n disponibles y qui\u00e9n responder\u00e1 ante una urgencia a cualquier hora\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-132877 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/Gaspar-scaled.avif\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"432\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\ud835\udde3\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfb \ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddf2\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddff \ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddfd\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf1 \ud835\ude06 \ud835\uddfd\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddff\ud835\ude00\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf9 \ud835\uddfa\u00e9\ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddfc<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quintal Parra solicit\u00f3 que el plan incluya el n\u00famero y categor\u00eda de las plazas trasladadas, el personal asignado a cada turno, las camas obst\u00e9tricas y neonatales disponibles, la cobertura de urgencias las 24 horas y los inventarios de equipos, insumos y medicamentos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n pidi\u00f3 establecer protocolos para referir pacientes cuando una unidad m\u00e9dica no tenga capacidad para atenderlos. La solicitud complementa el punto de acuerdo que present\u00f3 previamente para exigir certeza por escrito sobre las condiciones laborales del personal.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\ud835\udde3\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddfd\ud835\uddfc\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf2 \ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddee\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddfc\ud835\ude00 \ud835\uddfd\u00fa\ud835\uddef\ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddfc\ud835\ude00 \ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddf2 \ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddfc\ud835\ude00 \ud835\udfed\ud835\udfec\ud835\udff2 \ud835\uddfa\ud835\ude02\ud835\uddfb\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfd\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddfc\ud835\ude00<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El legislador tambi\u00e9n solicit\u00f3 un tablero p\u00fablico de indicadores de salud para los 106 municipios, con informaci\u00f3n por unidad m\u00e9dica y d\u00eda sobre horarios efectivos, personal presente, recetas surtidas y faltantes, ambulancias operativas, tiempos de traslado, ocupaci\u00f3n hospitalaria y procedimientos diferidos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cUn horario publicado sirve de poco si la unidad est\u00e1 cerrada o no hay personal para atender\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">\ud835\udde3\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddf2 \ud835\uddee\ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddf9\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddff\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddff \ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddf9 \ud835\uddee\ud835\uddef\ud835\uddee\ud835\ude00\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddfc \ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddf2 \ud835\uddfa\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddf1\ud835\uddf6\ud835\uddf0\ud835\uddee\ud835\uddfa\ud835\uddf2\ud835\uddfb\ud835\ude01\ud835\uddfc\ud835\ude00<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quintal Parra pidi\u00f3 transparentar la ejecuci\u00f3n presupuestal acumulada en salud y la metodolog\u00eda utilizada para calcular el 96% de abasto de medicamentos oncol\u00f3gicos reportado por IMSS-Bienestar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Solicit\u00f3 precisar el periodo medido, los hospitales y medicamentos incluidos, as\u00ed como el tratamiento de las recetas parcialmente surtidas y los faltantes. Aclar\u00f3 que el porcentaje se report\u00f3 en relaci\u00f3n con la atenci\u00f3n oncol\u00f3gica del Hospital Regional de Alta Especialidad de la Pen\u00ednsula de Yucat\u00e1n, por lo que pidi\u00f3 delimitar su alcance antes de considerarlo un indicador estatal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n requiri\u00f3 series municipales sobre vacunaci\u00f3n, mortalidad materna e infantil, suicidio, quejas y tiempos de atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El dirigente priista sostuvo que la informaci\u00f3n permitir\u00e1 identificar deficiencias y establecer responsables y plazos para corregirlas. Adem\u00e1s, pidi\u00f3 garantizar que la transici\u00f3n hospitalaria no interrumpa la atenci\u00f3n de mujeres, reci\u00e9n nacidos y sus
