justify;\"><\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>Secretar\u00eda Anticorrupci\u00f3n y Buen Gobierno de Yucat\u00e1n<\/strong> investiga presuntas irregularidades en el manejo de recursos federales durante 2024, luego de que la Auditor\u00eda Superior de la Federaci\u00f3n (ASF) detectara inconsistencias en contratos, registros contables y procedimientos de contrataci\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las investigaciones estatales comprenden <strong>cinco expedientes administrativos<\/strong> derivados de la auditor\u00eda 2134 de la Cuenta P\u00fablica 2024, correspondiente al periodo de transici\u00f3n entre el gobierno de Mauricio Vila Dosal y la administraci\u00f3n de Joaqu\u00edn D\u00edaz Mena.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-125927\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Espita-Huacho-Diaz-1-scaled.avif\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"512\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cinco expedientes por irregularidades administrativas<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los expedientes identifican distintas inconsistencias en dependencias y organismos p\u00fablicos:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>DAJIA\/INV\/ASF-89\/2025:<\/strong> cinco organismos, entre ellos el IEPAC y la JAPAY, no presentaron registros contables espec\u00edficos para identificar el ejercicio de las participaciones federales.<\/li>\n<li><strong>DAJIA\/INV\/ASF-90\/2025:<\/strong> la Secretar\u00eda de Administraci\u00f3n y Finanzas report\u00f3 contratos por 2,056.4 millones de pesos, frente a un gasto registrado de 1,633.1 millones, con una diferencia de 423.3 millones.<\/li>\n<li><strong>DAJIA\/INV\/ASF-91\/2025:<\/strong> catorce organismos reportaron contratos por 840.1 millones de pesos, mientras que el gasto registrado fue de 654.4 millones.<\/li>\n<li><strong>DAJIA\/INV\/ASF-93\/2025:<\/strong> se detectaron documentos faltantes o inconsistencias en 39 de 46 procedimientos de contrataci\u00f3n revisados, por 702.8 millones de pesos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>DAJIA\/INV\/ASF-996\/2025:<\/strong> se investiga la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de un inmueble por 10 millones de pesos, sin documentaci\u00f3n que acreditara el procedimiento de adjudicaci\u00f3n.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-132875\" reporta probable da\u00f1o por 398.2 millones de pesos<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por separado, la ASF emiti\u00f3 el pliego de observaciones 2024-A-31000-19-2134-06-001 por un <strong>probable da\u00f1o a la Hacienda P\u00fablica de 398 millones 203 mil 760.51 pesos<\/strong>, relacionado con 23 contratos cuya documentaci\u00f3n no acredit\u00f3 suficientemente la recepci\u00f3n de bienes y servicios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Entre los montos se\u00f1alados figuran <strong>171.5 millones de pesos<\/strong> correspondientes a dos contratos de vales y combustible de la Secretar\u00eda de Administraci\u00f3n y Finanzas, suscritos en 2023, durante el gobierno de Mauricio Vila Dosal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La ASF tambi\u00e9n promovi\u00f3 una acci\u00f3n para investigar posibles responsabilidades de servidores p\u00fablicos por irregularidades documentales en diez contratos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-98715\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/auditoria-superior-de-la-federacion-ASF-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"431\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La auditor\u00eda revis\u00f3 una muestra de 15 mil 318.7 millones de pesos de participaciones federales ejercidas en 2024 y report\u00f3 <strong>527.8 millones de pesos pendientes de
