{"id":133220,"date":"2026-11-03T21:08:31","date_gmt":"2026-11-04T03:08:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=133220"},"modified":"2026-11-03T21:08:31","modified_gmt":"2026-11-04T03:08:31","slug":"gobierno-rechaza-bloqueo-en-xmatkuil-y-descarta-pagos-durante-litigio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/gobierno-rechaza-bloqueo-en-xmatkuil-y-descarta-pagos-durante-litigio\/","title":{"rendered":"Gobierno rechaza bloqueo en Xmatkuil y descarta pagos durante litigio"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El Gobierno de Yucat\u00e1n rechaz\u00f3 el <strong>bloqueo en el acceso a la Feria Xmatkuil<\/strong> realizado por ejidatarios de Dzununc\u00e1n y se\u00f1al\u00f3 que no realizar\u00e1 nuevos pagos por los terrenos reclamados mientras un tribunal no determine qui\u00e9n posee los derechos legales sobre la superficie en disputa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La postura se conoci\u00f3 a tres d\u00edas de la apertura de la Feria Yucat\u00e1n Xmatkuil 2026, programada del 6 al 29 de noviembre, mientras integrantes del ejido mantienen su demanda relacionada con tierras expropiadas hace 22 a\u00f1os.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u201cLa libre manifestaci\u00f3n se respeta, el bloqueo no\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El Ejecutivo estatal se\u00f1al\u00f3 que respetar\u00e1 el derecho a la protesta, pero advirti\u00f3 que actuar\u00e1 conforme a la ley para garantizar el libre tr\u00e1nsito hacia el recinto. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cLa libre manifestaci\u00f3n se respeta, el bloqueo no\u201d, indic\u00f3 en su posicionamiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-133221 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/11\/Manifestacion-Dzununcan.avif\" alt=\"Manifestaci\u00f3n Dzununc\u00e1n\" width=\"574\" height=\"401\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De acuerdo con la versi\u00f3n gubernamental, el conflicto se encuentra dentro del juicio agrario 34-1254\/2023, promovido por el Comisariado Ejidal ante el Tribunal Unitario Agrario.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El Gobierno argumenta que sobre una parte de la superficie existe un certificado parcelario del Registro Agrario Nacional a nombre de una persona, por lo que sostiene que cualquier pago adicional deber\u00e1 esperar la resoluci\u00f3n judicial.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Gobierno sostiene que indemnizaci\u00f3n ya fue cubierta<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La administraci\u00f3n estatal tambi\u00e9n afirm\u00f3 que la expropiaci\u00f3n de <strong>79 hect\u00e1reas<\/strong> para ampliar el recinto ferial se decret\u00f3 el 22 de enero de 2004 y se public\u00f3 en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n el 29 de enero del mismo a\u00f1o. El registro federal confirma la expropiaci\u00f3n de 79-29-12 hect\u00e1reas del ejido de Dzununc\u00e1n en esa fecha.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Seg\u00fan el Gobierno del Estado, la indemnizaci\u00f3n se fij\u00f3 en <strong>3 millones 399 mil 134.45 pesos<\/strong> y existen recibos que acreditar\u00edan el pago al comisariado ejidal de aquella \u00e9poca, por lo que considera cubierta esa obligaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Mantienen abierta la mesa de di\u00e1logo<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El Ejecutivo inform\u00f3 que durante los \u00faltimos dos a\u00f1os autoridades y representantes ejidales han sostenido m\u00e1s de diez reuniones, mientras que la mediaci\u00f3n formal m\u00e1s reciente ocurri\u00f3 el 12 de octubre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Aunque asegur\u00f3 que mantendr\u00e1 abierta la v\u00eda institucional y respetar\u00e1 la resoluci\u00f3n que emita el Tribunal Agrario, tambi\u00e9n dej\u00f3 claro que no contempla realizar nuevos pagos mientras contin\u00fae la controversia jur\u00eddica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El conflicto ocurre en v\u00edsperas de la <strong>Feria Xmatkuil 2026<\/strong>, mientras los ejidatarios mantienen sus reclamos y el Gobierno advierte que garantizar\u00e1 el acceso al
