octubre de 2020.- La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n a R.E.P.P. por su presunta responsabilidad en el delito de violencia familiar, denunciado tras los hechos ocurridos en d\u00edas pasados en la colonia San Marcos Nocoh, por lo que fue detenido y turnado a la Fiscal\u00eda para la integraci\u00f3n de la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">De acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n reunida tras la denuncia interpuesta por la v\u00edctima, quien recibi\u00f3 apoyo y orientaci\u00f3n del personal del Centro de Justicia para las Mujeres, se estableci\u00f3 que los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 27 de septiembre, en el domicilio de la pareja ubicado en la citada colonia, donde el imputado presuntamente agredi\u00f3 de manera f\u00edsica a la denunciante adem\u00e1s de generarle un da\u00f1o patrimonial al golpear con el pu\u00f1o una televisi\u00f3n, por lo que la afectada present\u00f3 la formal denuncia que deriv\u00f3 en la causa penal 151\/2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-47349 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/Violencia-familiar.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">En la audiencia realizada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de M\u00e9rida, la autoridad judicial decret\u00f3 de legal la detenci\u00f3n y los fiscales adscritos formularon la imputaci\u00f3n del delito, para despu\u00e9s presentar los datos de prueba que obran en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n y solicitar la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso del imputado, quien se acogi\u00f3 a la ampliaci\u00f3n del t\u00e9rmino legal, por lo que la Juez Segunda de Control estableci\u00f3 que la audiencia contin\u00fae el pr\u00f3ximo cinco de octubre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Antes de concluir la audiencia, los fiscales adscritos presentaron los argumentos para sustentar su solicitud de prisi\u00f3n preventiva como medida cautelar, por lo que la Juez de Control, tras valorarlos, otorg\u00f3 la medida por todo<\/span><b><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/b><span
