Defensa del Consumidor, Zona Metropolitana de M\u00e9rida, de la Procuradur\u00eda Federal del Consumidor (Profeco), clausur\u00f3 una casa de empe\u00f1o: \u201cFundaci\u00f3n Rafael Dond\u00e9, I.A.P.\u201d ubicada en la calle 69 No. 495-A del centro de esta ciudad, durante un operativo de ejecuci\u00f3n en cumplimiento a una Resoluci\u00f3n administrativa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-47505 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/PROFECO_CLAUSURA_CASA-DE-EMPENO-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"658\" height=\"463\" \/>La titular de la Profeco, Sisely Burgos Cano inform\u00f3 que la medida obedeci\u00f3 a que el establecimiento no cuenta con la constancia del Registro P\u00fablico de Casas de Empe\u00f1o vigente, lo cual la Ley federal de Protecci\u00f3n al Consumidor lo considera grave contemplado en el art\u00edculo 128-Bis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al establecimiento se le aplic\u00f3 una clausura total por un t\u00e9rmino de 15
