Tras valorar los datos de prueba aportados por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), A.J.B.R., V.K.C.A., R.M.G.R. y K.M.L.F. fueron vinculados a proceso por robo calificado cometido en pandilla, denunciado tras los hechos ocurridos el pasado 14 de octubre en un predio del fraccionamiento Montebello, que deriv\u00f3 en la causa penal 161\/2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Como se recordar\u00e1, tras la indagatoria realizada por los especialistas de la Fiscal\u00eda, se estableci\u00f3 que los hechos ocurrieron cuando los imputados ingresaron a un predio ubicado en la calle 22 del citado fraccionamiento, donde presuntamente se apoderaron de diversos bienes propiedad de los denunciantes, entre los que se encontraban una laptop, diversas alhajas, dinero en efectivo y documentos personales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-42019 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/FGE_3-scaled.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"599\" height=\"399\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Durante la audiencia realizada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de M\u00e9rida, el Juez Segundo de Control valor\u00f3 los datos de prueba aportados por los fiscales adscritos y decret\u00f3 el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, otorgando adem\u00e1s un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n
