noviembre de 2020.- Por su presunta responsabilidad en la muerte de un adolescente, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n del\u00a0 delito de homicidio calificado a C.I.S.O., y a P.P.P.P. en audiencias por separado, tras los hechos ocurridos el pasado 28 de octubre en un predio del fraccionamiento Piedra de Agua, en Um\u00e1n, donde perdi\u00f3 la vida L.D.S.B., por lo que ambos permanecer\u00e1n privados de libertad.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De acuerdo con la indagatoria, tanto el adulto, como el adolescente llamaron a su v\u00edctima al predio ubicado en Piedra de Agua, donde posteriormente lo golpearon y privaron de la vida, por lo que se gir\u00f3 una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra del primero y una orden de comparecencia con el apoyo de las fuerzas polic\u00edacas para el segundo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-49700 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Piedra-de-Agua.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"626\" height=\"392\" \/><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En el caso del adulto y de acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n reunida en la\u00a0 causa penal 63\/2020 , el pasado 28 de octubre un menor de identidad reservada fue lesionado en el interior de un predio abandonado, lo que a la postre le caus\u00f3 la muerte a consecuencia de un traumatismo cervical abierto, secundario a herida por arma blanca.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En la audiencia realizada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de Um\u00e1n, los fiscales adscritos formularon la imputaci\u00f3n y despu\u00e9s presentaron los datos de prueba que obran en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n para solicitar la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso del imputado, quien se acogi\u00f3 a la duplicidad del t\u00e9rmino constitucional para definir su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica, por lo que la Juez Primero de Control del Cuarto Distrito Judicial estableci\u00f3 que la audiencia contin\u00fae el pr\u00f3ximo cinco de noviembre.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Con relaci\u00f3n al mismo caso, fiscales adscritos a la Vicefiscal\u00eda de Justicia para Adolescentes, formularon la imputaci\u00f3n en contra de\u00a0 P.P.P.P. de 17 a\u00f1os y presentaron los datos de prueba que obran en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n para solicitar se resuelva la situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica del joven, quien pidi\u00f3 la ampliaci\u00f3n del t\u00e9rmino por lo que la autoridad judicial estableci\u00f3 que la audiencia contin\u00fae\u00a0 el pr\u00f3ximo cuatro de noviembre, quedando en internamiento preventivo en el Centro Especializado en Medidas para Adolescentes
