ser encontrado penalmente responsable de los delitos de violaci\u00f3n y robo calificado cometido con violencia, C.R.L.G. fue sentenciado a ocho a\u00f1os y seis meses de prisi\u00f3n por los hechos ocurridos el mes de julio del a\u00f1o 2019, en la localidad de Kanas\u00edn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">En audiencia celebrada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de M\u00e9rida, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) aport\u00f3 las pruebas y testimonios que permitieron que el Tribunal Primero de Juicio Oral otorgara el fallo condenatorio por unanimidad de votos y tras la individualizaci\u00f3n de las penas, condenara a C.R.L.G., adem\u00e1s de cumplir con la pena privativa de la libertad, a el pago de 15 mil pesos en concepto de reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n se le proh\u00edbe acercarse a la v\u00edctima en un radio de 300 metros, una vez que compurgue su pena.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-50344 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Mototaxi.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">De acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n reunida del caso, los hechos reunidos en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n de la causa penal 78\/2019, misma que se desahog\u00f3 en el Juzgado Primero de Control de Kanas\u00edn, ocurrieron el 14 de julio del a\u00f1o pasado, cuando la denunciante pidi\u00f3 el servicio de mototaxi del sentenciado, quien a medio camino le coment\u00f3 que se desviar\u00eda un poco para cargar gasolina, pero en realidad la llev\u00f3 a una zona deshabitada, donde haciendo uso de la violencia f\u00edsica y moral, cometi\u00f3 los delitos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Durante la audiencia de individualizaci\u00f3n de sanciones, se estableci\u00f3 una multa de 200 UMAs, la obligaci\u00f3n de reparar el da\u00f1o material, pagar la atenci\u00f3n psicol\u00f3gica de la v\u00edctima, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n se le suspendieron sus derechos pol\u00edticos y
