valorar los datos de prueba aportados por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), J.L.S.V. fue vinculado a proceso por su presunta responsabilidad en los delitos de violaci\u00f3n equiparada y violencia familiar, denunciados despu\u00e9s de los hechos ocurridos en d\u00edas pasados en la comisar\u00eda Sodzil Norte, en esta ciudad de M\u00e9rida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">De acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n reunida por los especialistas de la Fiscal\u00eda, los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 10 de noviembre, en un predio de la citada comisar\u00eda, donde el imputado realiz\u00f3 actos abusivos de poder en agravio de la v\u00edctima, con quien sostiene una relaci\u00f3n, motivo por lo que se present\u00f3 la denuncia que deriv\u00f3 en la causa penal 180\/2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-50883 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Vinculado-a-proceso.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">La audiencia se realiz\u00f3 en el Centro de Justicia Oral de M\u00e9rida, donde el Juez Primero de Control, valor\u00f3 los datos aportados por los fiscales adscritos y decret\u00f3 el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, adem\u00e1s otorg\u00f3 un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria, tiempo durante el cual se continuar\u00e1 con la indagatoria del caso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\">Antes de concluir la diligencia judicial, se ratific\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva de manera oficiosa, misma que permanecer\u00e1 vigente por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso, por lo que J.L.S.V. continuar\u00e1 privado de su libertad hasta que se defina su participaci\u00f3n en los hechos
