{"id":51706,"date":"2020-11-30T17:30:41","date_gmt":"2020-11-30T23:30:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/?p=51706"},"modified":"2020-12-01T07:58:38","modified_gmt":"2020-12-01T13:58:38","slug":"un-ano-de-carcel-por-posesion-de-marihuana-y-sobornar-a-policias-de-la-ssp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/un-ano-de-carcel-por-posesion-de-marihuana-y-sobornar-a-policias-de-la-ssp\/","title":{"rendered":"Un a\u00f1o de c\u00e1rcel por posesi\u00f3n de marihuana y sobornar a polic\u00edas de la SSP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"ES\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n; 30 de noviembre de 2020.- Despu\u00e9s de contar con la anuencia de las partes involucradas, se realiz\u00f3 un juicio de procedimiento abreviado, donde H.E.M.V. fue encontrado penalmente responsable de los delitos de cohecho (soborno) y contra la salud en la modalidad de narcomenudeo, por posesi\u00f3n de cannabis, denunciados tras los hechos ocurridos en el perif\u00e9rico Manuel Berzunza, de M\u00e9rida, el mes de abril del a\u00f1o 2019.<\/span><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"color: #000000;\">De acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n obtenida por los especialistas de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) los hechos ocurrieron el 16 de abril de 2019, cuando el imputado conduc\u00eda su veh\u00edculo a exceso de velocidad en el perif\u00e9rico, por lo que le pidieron que detuviera su marcha, deteni\u00e9ndose en el kil\u00f3metro 31+600, donde se port\u00f3 grosero y ofreci\u00f3 dinero para que lo dejaran ir, por lo que se le realiz\u00f3 una inspecci\u00f3n y se le descubri\u00f3 en posesi\u00f3n del narc\u00f3tico mencionado, por lo que fue detenido y turnado a la Fiscal\u00eda, donde se integr\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n que deriv\u00f3 en la causa penal 130\/2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-51707 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Soborno.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"571\" height=\"355\" srcset=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Soborno.jpg 768w, https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Soborno-356x220.jpg 356w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 571px) 100vw, 571px\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"color: #000000;\">Durante la audiencia realizada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de M\u00e9rida, el Juez Primero de Control del Primer Distrito Judicial, valor\u00f3 los datos de prueba aportados por los fiscales adscritos y otorg\u00f3 un fallo condenatorio y se acord\u00f3 una pena de un a\u00f1o y un mes de prisi\u00f3n privativa de la libertad, adem\u00e1s de 31 d\u00edas de multa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"color: #000000;\">El sentenciado tambi\u00e9n recibi\u00f3 amonestaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica y se le suspendieron los derechos pol\u00edticos, en la misma audiencia se dispens\u00f3 la lectura, por lo que la sentencia qued\u00f3 firme.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lo detuvieron a exceso de velocidad en el perif\u00e9rico, pero se puso grosero y hasta ofreci\u00f3 una lana para que lo dejaran ir.
