1 de diciembre de 2020.- Tras ser encontrado penalmente responsable del delito de violencia familiar, O.J.Y.P. fue sentenciado a dos a\u00f1os y nueve meses de prisi\u00f3n, en un procedimiento de juicio abreviado realizado el d\u00eda de hoy en el Centro de Justicia Oral de M\u00e9rida.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Una vez que se cont\u00f3 con la anuencia de las partes involucradas, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) present\u00f3 los datos de prueba para obtener el fallo condenatorio por parte de la Juez Segunda de Control del Primer Distrito Judicial, quien adem\u00e1s conden\u00f3 al imputado al pago por la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o y le prohibi\u00f3 acercarse a la v\u00edctima y su domicilio durante tres a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s de compurgar la pena de prisi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-33951 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Cereso-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"652\" height=\"367\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">De la indagatoria realizada por los especialistas de la Fiscal\u00eda, se estableci\u00f3 que los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 20 de julio, del a\u00f1o en curso, en un predio de la colonia Plan de Ayala Sur, de esta ciudad, donde el sentenciado ejecut\u00f3 actos abusivos de poder, dirigidos a dominar y agredir de manera f\u00edsica y psicol\u00f3gica a su a\u00fan esposa, por lo que se present\u00f3 la formal denuncia que derivo en la causa penal 117\/2020.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por \u00faltimo, se dispens\u00f3 la lectura y explicaci\u00f3n de las penas, quedando en firme la sentencia y se procedi\u00f3 a turnar el caso al Juez de
