a\u00f1os de historia, Casa D\u2019Aristi ofrece una bebida ic\u00f3nica de la entidad, el xtabent\u00fan, licor elaborado con miel y an\u00eds que se ha convertido en el preferido de la clientela de esta empresa, la cual visit\u00f3 el titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Fomento Econ\u00f3mico y Trabajo (Sefoet), Ernesto Herrera Novelo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cTenemos otras marcas en el mercado, pero D\u2019Aristi Xtabent\u00fan es la que tiene mucho m\u00e1s tiempo, y la gente la reconoce por la calidad y la presentaci\u00f3n\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el ejecutivo de Ventas de esta firma 100 por ciento yucateca, Gregorio Pe\u00f1a Gassos, acompa\u00f1ado del director Comercial, Fernando Sol\u00eds Men\u00e9ndez, durante el recorrido que realiz\u00f3 el funcionario.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La compa\u00f1\u00eda, fundada por don Carlos D\u2019Aristi, se ubica en el sur de la ciudad de M\u00e9rida y cuenta con presencia en los niveles estatal, nacional y extranjero; genera cerca de 40 empleos permanentes junto con otros indirectos, derivados de la naturaleza de sus operaciones, y tambi\u00e9n ofrece licores de coco y guan\u00e1bana, as\u00ed como variedad de rones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-52145 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/XTABENTUN-3.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"603\" height=\"401\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cEl 80 por ciento de cada botella est\u00e1 hecha en Yucat\u00e1n, por productores locales, salvo algunos elementos que es necesario conseguir fuera del estado, pero la mayor parte de los insumos, coco, guan\u00e1bana, an\u00eds, alcohol, miel, entre otros, todo lo conseguimos directamente en el estado\u201d, abund\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pe\u00f1a Gassos extern\u00f3 que, constantemente, est\u00e1n tratando de desarrollar bebidas a partir de frutas de la regi\u00f3n o de las que puedan abastecerse durante todo el a\u00f1o; es as\u00ed que, actualmente, trabajan en un licor de naranja agria, cuya producci\u00f3n prev\u00e9n iniciar el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-52144 aligncenter\" distinguir\u201d, resalt\u00f3, tras recordar que los m\u00e9todos de la Casa son 100 por ciento artesanales, con capacidad de elaborar 20 mil botellas al a\u00f1o, en distintas variedades y horas para hacer una producci\u00f3n, porque es un proceso de fermentaci\u00f3n y hay que esperar; entonces, necesitamos que est\u00e9 el elemento humano, para manejar las m\u00e1quinas, envasar y seguir todo el proceso\u201d, detall\u00f3 y dijo que su participaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s fuerte en el mercado internacional es en Estados Unidos, pero tambi\u00e9n tienen presencia en Canad\u00e1, Europa,
