Despu\u00e9s de ser encontrado penalmente responsable del delito de violaci\u00f3n equiparada agravada, E.L.D.R. fue sentenciado a ocho a\u00f1os y un mes de prisi\u00f3n, por su participaci\u00f3n en los hechos ocurridos el mes de julio del a\u00f1o 2019, en un establecimiento comercial ubicado en la colonia Plan de Ayala Sur en esta ciudad, en agravio de un menor de edad e identidad reservada.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Durante las diligencias ocurridas en el Centro de Justicia Oral de M\u00e9rida, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) aport\u00f3 las pruebas periciales; testimoniales y cient\u00edficas, que permitieron el fallo condenatorio y posterior individualizaci\u00f3n de las penas, mismas que adem\u00e1s de la pena privativa de la libertad, incluye el pago de m\u00e1s de 17 mil pesos de multa y de 100 mil pesos en concepto de la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-40558 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/JUECES_JUSTICIA-3.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"590\" height=\"393\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El sentenciado adem\u00e1s tiene prohibido acercarse a la v\u00edctima de forma permanente una vez compurgada la pena, se le negaron los beneficios de sustituci\u00f3n de sanciones, recibi\u00f3 amonestaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica y la suspensi\u00f3n de sus derechos pol\u00edticos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El caso inici\u00f3 tras la denuncia que deriv\u00f3 en la causa penal 234\/2019 que se desahog\u00f3 en el Juzgado Primero de Control del Primer Distrito Judicial, donde la FGE aport\u00f3 los datos necesarios que permitieron establecer que los hechos ocurrieron el d\u00eda 28 de julio del a\u00f1o pasado, cuando el sentenciado, junto con\u00a0 otro involucrado que ya fue sentenciado, cometieron el il\u00edcito aprovechando su superioridad f\u00edsica y num\u00e9rica, en agravio del menor, cuando estaba por retirarse del lugar y al llegar a su casa, su madre lo cuestion\u00f3 por la hora de llegada y fue cuando le cont\u00f3 lo ocurrido y se procedi\u00f3 a interponer la denuncia
