ni la navidad lo ablanda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n, 16 de diciembre de 2020.- Despu\u00e9s de valorar los datos presentados por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), E.R.R. fue vinculado a proceso por su presunta participaci\u00f3n en el delito de incumplimiento en las obligaciones de asistencia familiar, por lo que fue denunciado por su esposa, en representaci\u00f3n de sus hijos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Una vez presentada la denuncia, los especialistas de la Fiscal\u00eda iniciaron con la indagatoria, misma que arroj\u00f3 que la denunciante y el imputado se casaron por lo civil y procrearon dos hijos, tambi\u00e9n se especifica que establecieron su domicilio en la localidad de Pustunich, comisar\u00eda de Ticul, pero desde marzo del a\u00f1o 2014 el imputado abandon\u00f3 el domicilio, y aunque hab\u00edan establecido el pago para la manutenci\u00f3n de los menores, se presume que E.R.R. ha incumplido, por lo que se interpuso la denuncia correspondiente, misma que deriv\u00f3 en la causa penal 67\/2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-52942 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/MANUTENCION.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"644\" height=\"322\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">En la audiencia celebrada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de Tekax, los fiscales adscritos aportaron los datos de prueba y solicitaron se resolviera la situaci\u00f3n legal del imputado, por lo que el Juez Primero de Control del Tercer Distrito Judicial, tras valorarlos, decret\u00f3 el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y otorg\u00f3 un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Por \u00faltimo, se ratific\u00f3 las medidas cautelares impuestas durante la audiencia inicial, mismas que incluyen la presentaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica ante la Fiscal\u00eda de Tekax, el pago de una garant\u00eda econ\u00f3mica y la prohibici\u00f3n de salir del Estado sin autorizaci\u00f3n judicial, mismas que se mantendr\u00e1n vigentes por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Desde el 2014 abandon\u00f3 el hogar y aunque se estableci\u00f3 el pago de la manutenci\u00f3n, ni el esp\u00edritu decembrino lo contagi\u00f3 esta vez e interpusieron querella. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":52942,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[14],"tags":[431,15419,15420],"class_list":["post-52938","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-policia","tag-fge","tag-padre-desobligado","tag-pago-de-manuntencion"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Padre desobligado es denunciado penalmente;
