lang=\"ES\">M\u00e9rida, Yucat\u00e1n; 31 de diciembre de 2020.- Por su posible participaci\u00f3n en el delito de homicidio calificado fueron vinculados a proceso Mario A.C.CH., Alberto CH.M., Jos\u00e9 A.F.M. y Enrique F.U.CH., acusados de asesinar a un detenido durante la Nochebuena en Tecoh.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_xmsonormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"ES\">En audiencia celebrada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de Kanas\u00edn, el juez de control valor\u00f3 los datos aportados por los fiscales investigadores, por lo que los imputados permanecer\u00e1n en prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/span><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-53758 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/reporteroshoy.mx\/noticias\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Tecoh-homicidio.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"628\" height=\"391\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_xmsonormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"color: #000000;\">En la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n sobre el caso se detalla que los hechos ocurrieron durante la noche del pasado 24 de diciembre cuando agentes de la polic\u00eda municipal de Tecoh acudieron a la comisar\u00eda de Xcanchac\u00e1n, por un reporte que se\u00f1alaba que el hoy occiso se encontraba escandalizando en el lugar, por lo que se solicit\u00f3 la presencia de los agentes de seguridad y durante el traslado a la c\u00e1rcel p\u00fablica se suscitaron los hechos sujetos a investigaci\u00f3n en relaci\u00f3n a la muerte a consecuencia de una asfixia mec\u00e1nica por oclusi\u00f3n de v\u00edas a\u00e9reas (broncoaspiraci\u00f3n), de acuerdo con el dictamen del Servicio M\u00e9dico Forense.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_xmsonormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span lang=\"ES\">La investigaci\u00f3n, la cual condujo el ministerio p\u00fablico en coordinaci\u00f3n con la polic\u00eda estatal de investigaci\u00f3n y los peritos del Instituto de Servicios Periciales de la FGE, dio lugar a que se pusiera a disposici\u00f3n a los cuatro polic\u00edas detenidos tras lo sucedido.<\/span><span lang=\"ES\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_xmsonormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"color: #000000;\">En la audiencia de este d\u00eda, el Juez de Control tambi\u00e9n otorg\u00f3 un plazo de cuatro meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ya fueron
